It is easy to use and has a modern look, especially when considering the reasonable cost. **What do you dislike about Logistically TMS?** There's no delete button in a lot of areas. If a change is made I can't delete, I have to make a whole user, account, etc. which makes for a messy screen. **Recommendations to others considering Logistically TMS:** I fully recommend this software to other companies. It allows you to pull any information you desire into an informative report. The system is very user friendly you do not need to have decades of experience to use the TMS properly. If you can use a carrier website you are capable of using the TMS. **What do you dislike about Logistically TMS?** There is not much to dislike, we have been selling our services through the use of this TMS and the only draw back I can think of lies within the technology of the carriers. **Recommendations to others considering Logistically TMS:** Make sure that the carriers you are using have technology to support the integration. That will make your life much easier however, the TMS will allow you to enter orders manually with very little additional time **What problems is Logistically TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have increased our customer base by using the system and have been able to manage more customers with less manpower. ### 7. We have numerous custom reports and configs - no problem for Logistically. **What do you dislike about Logistically TMS?** not too much. Anything we find we need or want a wish list is quickly acted upon. **Recommendations to others considering Logistically TMS:** Do your research. There are many software programs and providers out there. We felt as we grew Logistically would be there for us. We are not a number - they know us and they want to understand what works best for our company AND how that knowledge can benefit Logistically and their other clients. Customer focus seems paramount for them, and we view Logistically as an extension of our own company. Not every customer is the same, and Logistically supports the unique requirements of the individual customers. The TMS is elegantly simple. The TMS is so simple training customers is almost non-existent. **What do you dislike about Logistically TMS?** The carriers do not provide the full details. The system is as good as the information in can collect. I wish the carriers gave better information. **What problems is Logistically TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Logistically TMS solves the data problem. The power of having all data in one place, updated and transparent is key. Customers have the ability to pull their own reports on demand and use the BI to create their own formatted reports. It is an amazing benefit to the customer. ### 10. Instantly quote shipments with multiple carriers and see options based on pricing and transit time. Seeing guaranteed LTL pricing next to standard rate quote is also helpful.
