
What I like best is how natural and accurate the text generation is. We use Llama 3 70B through an internal tool connected to our CRM and website content system, mainly for drafting customer communications, refining service descriptions, and preparing product documentation. It understands our context well especially when explaining our telecare solutions to different customer groups. It can sometimes sound too formal or “robotic” in tone, especially in customer-facing messages. We usually need to make small edits to make it sound warmer and more human.
