The best aspect of the LitmusWorld Customer Experience Solution is its user-friendly interface and smooth UI navigation. The platform is easy to use, which makes it convenient to access dashboards, analyze feedback, and track customer experience metrics efficiently. The structured layout and intuitive navigation help users quickly find relevant data and insights without requiring extensive training

At times, the platform tends to slow down and certain pages require multiple reloads before the data is fully visible. This can slightly impact the overall user experience, especially when navigating between dashboards or reports.

**What problems is LitmusWorld Customer Experience Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps in capturing and analyzing customer feedback in a structured manner. It allows us to track NPS scores, identify key areas of customer dissatisfaction, and monitor store-level performance through dashboards and reports. This helps us quickly identify recurring issues, take corrective actions with the concerned teams, and improve the overall customer experience. The platform also makes it easier to consolidate feedback data and share actionable insights with stakeholders for better decision-making.

The completely assisted business model. Not like 'what you see is what you get' kind of a deal. Multiple raters to choose from, detailed insights and dedicated success managers to help manage the overall program efficiently.

**What do you dislike about LitmusWorld Customer Experience Solution?**

Response times from success managers. Lacks click to redirect functionality (for external URLs) on buttons.

**Recommendations to others considering LitmusWorld Customer Experience Solution:**

If you are considering LitmusWorld please bear in mind that this is not in any way comparable to the likes of a Google Form or a survey monkey. The platform can be used in multiple ways beyond just capturing user feedback. They also provide an EX solution and the bundled package is a way better deal than purchasing each package individually. Their recent product update - "Accelerate" brings a new bunch of features and UI changes, which I really like. One of the key differentiators is the data masking technology which makes it suitable for BFSI and other data security-focused industries. You should definitely add them to your evaluation list.

**What problems is LitmusWorld Customer Experience Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to identify the ground reality with LitmusWorld. We no longer contemplate customer emotions from the board room. We have data that shows the true picture. Real-time feedback requests help us in capturing customer emotions right when they happen and we have the opportunity for immediate damage control.
