**What do you like best about Lincaro?**

Lincaro helps my sales team cross the barrier of connecting my customers with my prospective customers in a way that isn't burdensome to my sales team, and simple for our prospective customers. The team at Lincaro is very easy to work with and to answer any questions in a timely manner. Lincaro is now part of our daily sales workflows. They were also able to seamlessly integrate with our Salesforce and we didn't need our IT team involved.

**What do you dislike about Lincaro?**

I know there's more that Lincaro has to offer, and I'm just waiting for the moment they release new tools for my org.

**What problems is Lincaro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many interested prospects who want to meet or have a phone call with our current customers. Managing this and incentivizing our customers to take calls can often be a challenge, however Lincaro bridges this gap, offers incentives, and takes the pressure of my sales team to arrange and manage these conversations.
