After many attempts with different CRM systems, I stumbled upon Less Annoying CRM. This is a super simple CRM that helps me as a salesperson to keep all my promises, remember what I have promised, and get an overview of where I am in the processes. What I like best is that, since it is web-based, I can reach my customers via my iPhone and use the 'voice-to-text' function in the message box to record what happened during the customer visit and then easily create a task for the future. I use the CRM all day long. I love the simplicity of it and how user friendly it is. Simple but robust enough for all of our needs. In reviewing all of the options before deciding on LACRM, they were clunky and confusing and had features not useful to our business. LACRM has everything we need and not a bunch of things we don't. I have and will continue to highly recommed Less Annoying CMR. Anytime I have reached out for assistance, I received quick, friendly and helpful responses. Top notch team, and I appreciate it. I wish we had the ability to make accounts inactive so when we run reports we could easily exclude accounts that are no longer active...but it's not a huge deal. I have been in sales since the 1980's and have been exposed to many CRMs. Less Annoying is the first one I have acutally used as it is intended! The flexibility and ease of creating fields for contact and companies makes customizing to my needs almost effortless. While I don't use sales pipelines as they are intended, I have created a system for them that helps me track my leads, prospects, and customers the way I think as opposed to having to conform to a preset flow. The integration with my existing email and calendar is fantastic - no more double entry of messages, events and tasks. If you want a CRM that you can simply and quickly adapt to your sales style... One small thing I would like to see is the ability to resize the widgets on the workspace... but that is not a game changer as far as the overall effectiveness of the page. So simple to use. Quicker to set up that I had expected! Great onboarding support and easy to find/accept demos for questions we have. Very intuitive. We use it every day to keep track of our leads, follow-up, and ensure that nothing is falling between the cracks. Ralph Waldo Emerson. I like simple and this CRM is simple and functional not too many bells and whistles, that require reading a "War and Peace" size manual to understand. I hate platforms where I'm not sure what "level" a client has, so I'm not sure if what I'm telling them is accurate - because maybe they have to pay more to get the capabilities that I'm telling them about!! I love that I can create custom fields and that everything is filterable.
