# Is there the ability for another user to add notes to a contact that is not in their name?

Would like the ability to add notes to a colleagues contact while they are away so they don't miss a thing.  This would be beneficial if a colleague is out of office or on vacation.  At this point, I don't really have any additional questions.  I'm not really sure how much I need to say here to bring my review up to the A+ category.

Mike said "that is the beauty of the system" but I have to disagree with mike.  The ENTIRE system is a beauty and you will never find a more user friendly, cost efficient CRM than Less Annoying.  I am a big fan.

Yes, that is the beauty of the system, we share all contacts updates across the platform, everyone works in remote offices.
