What problems is Leaping AI solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been working with Leaping AI for several months to support outbound dialing and appointment setting in our call center, and the experience has been excellent. Kevin and his team are genuinely collaborative and easy to work with. Rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all product, they take a custom-build approach that adapts to our workflows and business needs.
Their flexibility on pricing, responsiveness to feedback, and willingness to iterate daily with our team make the engagement feel like a true partnership rather than a transactional vendor relationship. They are deeply invested in improving the performance of our LLM, and we have seen meaningful progress as a result of their ongoing enhancements. We anticipate expanding our partnership and giving Leaping AI even more responsibility within our outbound programs.
That said, there are a few areas where improvement would strengthen the overall experience. Response times from the broader team can be slow outside of Kevin, which occasionally delays needed updates. They can also be a bit pushy in seeking expanded opportunities before we feel the system is fully optimized. In addition, the billing structure has changed multiple times before we completed a cycle under the previously agreed terms, which creates some planning challenges.
