It is hard to think of examples. If anything I wish I had found it sooner, and I am not familiar with startups or AI so there was a lot to learn for me.

It runs my call center 24/7 (it used to be 5 days a week) and it is consistent, unlike my human staff that got tired at the end of day and often forgot the script they were supposed to stick to.

Inconsistent Response Times
While Kevin is extremely responsive, the broader team’s response times can be slower, which occasionally delays troubleshooting or iteration.

Pressure to Expand Too Quickly
The team can be somewhat pushy in seeking additional opportunities, even when we prefer a more measured rollout to ensure the product is fully optimized before scaling.

Frequent Changes to Billing Structure
The billing model has been adjusted multiple times before we even completed a cycle under the previously agreed terms, which creates uncertainty and complicates planning.

**What problems is Leaping AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been working with Leaping AI for several months to support outbound dialing and appointment setting in our call center, and the experience has been excellent. Kevin and his team are genuinely collaborative and easy to work with. Rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all product, they take a custom-build approach that adapts to our workflows and business needs.

Their flexibility on pricing, responsiveness to feedback, and willingness to iterate daily with our team make the engagement feel like a true partnership rather than a transactional vendor relationship. They are deeply invested in improving the performance of our LLM, and we have seen meaningful progress as a result of their ongoing enhancements. We anticipate expanding our partnership and giving Leaping AI even more responsibility within our outbound programs.

That said, there are a few areas where improvement would strengthen the overall experience. Response times from the broader team can be slow outside of Kevin, which occasionally delays needed updates. They can also be a bit pushy in seeking expanded opportunities before we feel the system is fully optimized. In addition, the billing structure has changed multiple times before we completed a cycle under the previously agreed terms, which creates some planning challenges. Despite these items, the value of the partnership remains strong and continues to trend positively.

I have been using Leaping AI voice AI agents for three months, and I find the setup to be very easy, particularly due to the direct support from the founder and the team. I use their services for inbound lead qualification and follow-up, which saves me a significant amount of time by allowing me to only interact with interested leads. I am particularly impressed by its 24/7 availability and the ability to customize the agents according to my preferences and needs, which makes the service increasingly better over time. I like Leaping AI voice AI agents because it's integrated with my CRM. I'm using Attio, and all the flow of leads calling me goes right away to Attio, which helps me collect and arrange the data (all my leads and follow up). It's really answering the pain point I had because I can't hire someone to answer the phone, and they are doing it pretty well. It was much easier to use and follow-up with compared to the previous tool.

**What do you like best about Leaping AI?**

Two things I appreciated the most is the self-improvement of the AI and it's ability to handle complex conversation flows. It started out as an experiment but leaping AI ended up automating well above 90% of inbound calls without a drop in customer satisfaction. 

I was also very happy about the attentiveness of the team, making sure that the software was properly implemented according to our customer's requirement.

**What do you dislike about Leaping AI?**

I think with all AI solutions, we faced the challenge of thinking about how to best communicate to our customers that we are switching to AI in our customer support. In addition, we had some challenges in how many cases the AI resolved at the very beginning, but thankfully this was resolved very quickly by the team.

**What problems is Leaping AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, the number of incoming support calls was creating a dilemma: Either increase the number of support agents (and therefore costs) or let customer satisfaction slide by letting them wait longer in the line. 
Thankfully, Leaping AI enabled us to reduce AHR while also spending significantly less.

The platform provides reliable conversational pathways / modeling layer that other vendors haven't quite nailed. We successfully deployed voice agents in the highly regulated healthcare environment and couldn't be happier. The team provides excellent customer support in both US and European time zones. The self-improving capabilities are a strong advantage, reducing prompt management time without needing separate prompt engineers.
