Inconsistent Response Times

While Kevin is extremely responsive, the broader team’s response times can be slower, which occasionally delays troubleshooting or iteration.

Pressure to Expand Too Quickly

The team can be somewhat pushy in seeking additional opportunities, even when we prefer a more measured rollout to ensure the product is fully optimized before scaling.

Frequent Changes to Billing Structure

What do you like best about Leaping AI?

I have been using Leaping AI voice AI agents for three months, and I find the setup to be very easy, particularly due to the direct support from the founder and the team. I use their services for inbound lead qualification and follow-up, which saves me a significant amount of time by allowing me to only interact with interested leads. I am particularly impressed by its 24/7 availability and the ability to customize the agents according to my preferences and needs, which makes the service increasingly better over time. The agent builder is another feature I find incredibly useful as it allows me to configure the agents effectively for lead qualification tasks. Additionally, the integration with my CRM works seamlessly, enhancing my workflow. What do you like best about Leaping AI?

I like Leaping AI voice AI agents because it's integrated with my CRM. I'm using Attio, and all the flow of leads calling me goes right away to Attio, which helps me collect and arrange the data (all my leads and follow up). It's really answering the pain point I had because I can't hire someone to answer the phone, and they are doing it pretty well. What do you like best about Leaping AI?

Two things I appreciated the most is the self-improvement of the AI and it's ability to handle complex conversation flows. It started out as an experiment but leaping AI ended up automating well above 90% of inbound calls without a drop in customer satisfaction.

I think with all AI solutions, we faced the challenge of thinking about how to best communicate to our customers that we are switching to AI in our customer support.
