Learning curve for the new users while the platform is powerful it will take some time for the new users to fully understand how scoring model and data inputs works effectively

Limited customization is available on scoring criteria and workflows compared to other competitors tools

The main benefits of this tools is it help to filter out qualified leads business often generate large volume leads but not every lead will get convert this system automatically score leads and help us to focus on high intent leads with data and behavioral tracking

I really value that Leadscore.io is built purely for lead scoring and SaaS buyer intent tracking, avoiding bloated features of all-in-one CRMs that I don't need for my small team. The customizable scoring rule builder is fantastic, letting me tailor point values for various prospect actions like downloading technical whitepapers or attending demos, ensuring a consistent scoring logic across campaigns. I love the real-time alert system for high-intent lead spikes, which helps me act quickly and efficiently with sales follow-ups. The segmented performance reporting is another standout feature—it helps me see which marketing strategies yield the best results and allows me to adjust our budget to maximize ROI.

**What do you dislike about Leadscore.io?**

It lacks native integrations with the rest of our tool stack. We rely on Pensight for live product demo webinars, Digital Pigeon for sharing marketing whitepapers and demo recordings, and Xact for post-touchpoint prospect surveys, but there are no ready-built connectors to sync data automatically. Every week, I have to manually import webinar attendee lists, survey response data, and content download logs into Leadscore.io via CSV uploads. This repetitive data entry takes multiple hours, and manual file transfers also introduce occasional mismatches in contact records that I need to clean up one by one. There is no two-way sync with our primary sales CRM either, so I copy high-scoring lead profiles over to sales tools manually during handoffs.

I like the flexible scoring rules in Leadscore.io, which let me build criteria that align exactly with our firm’s investor profiling standards. I can assign point values for specific survey responses, like giving extra points for a prospect's interest in retirement-focused portfolios. I also greatly value the intuitive grouping and tag functionality that categorizes leads automatically once scores populate. For instance, high-scoring leads get sorted into a “Priority Advisor Outreach” folder, saving me from manually sorting hundreds of prospect entries. Another standout perk for me is the clean downloadable scoring summary reports, which allow me to export aggregated lead performance data efficiently. Leadscore.io keeps our team’s lead qualification tasks efficient by avoiding unnecessary features that are common in larger financial CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Leadscore.io?**

First and most impactful is the complete lack of native API or direct app integration with our primary survey tools including Pointerpro, SurveyNuts, and doopoll. Every finished survey dataset has to be manually exported as a CSV file from each survey platform, downloaded to my local device, then manually uploaded into Leadscore.io for lead scoring calculations. During our busiest quarterly research cycles, this repetitive exporting and importing takes roughly one to two extra work hours weekly. I cannot auto-feed real-time survey responses into the scoring engine, which delays how quickly our financial advisors receive fresh prioritized lead lists.

I use Leadscore.io primarily to prioritize and qualify B2B leads, especially in the fast-paced Hong Kong market where we get a lot of inquiries. What I like most about Leadscore.io is how it turns vague lead data into clear, actionable priorities without forcing our team to learn complicated software. The automated lead scoring is highly accurate and customizable, adaptable for our local market behaviors like engagement with our website and company size. Additionally, the dashboard is clean and straightforward, allowing our sales team to quickly identify the hottest leads and start outreach immediately. The initial setup was also surprisingly easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Leadscore.io?**

The customization for scoring rules is good but can get clunky when we want to build more complex logic for regional leads—like Hong Kong‑specific behavior or industry segments. It’s manageable, but not as intuitive as it could be for teams that need to adjust scoring frequently. One more area I think would really strengthen Leadscore.io for Hong Kong and regional B2B teams is better local and regional support. Right now, the platform is very Western‑focused in terms of default settings and best practices, so we’ve had to adapt quite a bit to fit local lead behavior and business patterns. It would also be great to see more pre-built integration templates for tools widely used in Hong Kong and APAC, like popular CRM, marketing automation, and even local messaging or customer engagement platforms. Tighter, more reliable connectivity would remove almost all the small frictions we currently face.

**What do you like best about Leadscore.io?**

The most helpful thing about it is that it has Social Media Integration, which is essential nowadays. Its Calendar/Reminder System helps me a lot in remembering some tasks. It has the best features against its competitor platform. This Platform has a target to small-sized business due to which it keeps a better eye on it customer. I specially use Email marketing feature to reach out my client who don't know about me and gain sales from them. It has Document Storage which help in keeping my docs safe. It has Internal Chat Integration which help me in chatting with client easily and manage sales from there only.

**What do you dislike about Leadscore.io?**

I have been using it for 3 Years, and till now, I haven't faced any issues. Overall I would like to say I didn't dislike anything about it. If I encounter any problems in the future, then definitely I will update my review.

I will recommend it to those who can pay as it is not free. Other Alternatives are also available in the market, and you can choose them if you want more user facilities as it only 1-50 user options available.

Each and every detail will be clearely given on each lead. Data loading is pretty simple. Lot of benifical options like Calender setup, reminder setup, Task management even I can integrate my social media channel. The creation of workflows are really smooth.

Mainly there is no mobile app. It pinches all the time. If I can aces the mobile then it would be more better to watch and acess the data.

This is best for small and medium sized bussiness who are lookign for a budget friendly CMR tool.

Tracking the leds data by leadscore. Using this leadscore I can analyse who are regularly watching my emails and who are not. This can be done by  just adding property feild.

Much cheaper than any of its competitors. Great to start with the tool and build up as you grow

It takes me a lot of effort to figure what's what. Wish it was more intuitive and simpler

If you are on a limited budget- go for it. Wouldn't disappoint

But if money is not the concern, you can find better tools like Mailchimp

The ability to view all my qualified leads and contacts at one glance is quite helpful and makes me filter accordingly to the status of that lead. It is more affordable than its alternatives, and if you are starting up and need something which will work straightway without any complications or massive knowledge learning, then this is the solution.

**What do you dislike about Leadscore.io?**

The CRM functionality lacks in comparison to other alternatives out there, but that is my experience. It is advisable to make sure that it works for what your organization wants to achieve.

Lead scoring and reminders are the actual benefits derived from it. We never fully optimized the social media integration aspect however, I believed that would have significantly improved the review rating for it,

I like the aspect of territory management. Many CRM's I use don't have that functionality in the sense that you enter your companies, and it's on you to manage the territory. Another great feature is the innate calendar/reminder system.

**What do you dislike about Leadscore.io?**

There isn't a lot of training behind it that I could find access to besides documentation, so a lot of the features that I found useful I found that out just through trial and error with the service/system. Having in-person help or videos to walk you through certain features would be more helpful to ensure people are getting the most out of the product.

Ensure you understand all the features on the front end with the sales team, as it's challenging to have help once the system has been integrated.

Leadscore.io is great platform where all the leads get listed out for our sales and marketing and we can integrate  with the CRM for further business processes to have business started with those potential customers

Nothing specific, it's been build perfectly

It helps for our sales and marketing and further it's getting used in CRM for sales proceses to have accounts and opportunities created that way we win our business
