Not only am I able to get feedback, but also see feedback provided to others that will eventually help me create more landing pages that will convert. They also have the Leadometer in some landing pages that provide immediate feedback on how well I've created the landing page. This is my only dislike, because many other tools such as Converkit, offer the option to make sales and take payments, at no additional charge. Leadpages also has landing pages with no other navigation like a regular website, reducing distractions. So the paid advertising campaigns have a better chance of converting the landing page visitors. It certainly takes less time compared to building a site on wordpress. Even people with little experience like myself can master it in a day and create beautiful and effective landing pages for maximum conversions. **What do you dislike about Leadpages?** Although it is very customizable, there are also limits like for example in our landing pages we would like the copy to be above the fold however the challenge is that the spacing can only be minimized up to a certain extent so you have to tinker with the copy, adjust the other elements in the page etc. However nothing too major that would make me not recommend it to peers. **What problems is Leadpages solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is way easier than wordpress. With wordpress you would really need an expert in IT or something however leadpages makes it eaasy so that even the business owners can go in and edit somehting quickly without accidentally messing something up with the codes. It can also be integrated with other softwares like ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, Zapier etc. so that all the data can also link through whatever you're using for sales, webinars, etc. ### 27. While there are templates and tools for just about every use, it's all so well organized and easy to use, it feels easy to use. I love how professional the landing pages and pop-ups look and they don't feel too pushy or "salesy." **What do you dislike about Leadpages?** I have a lot of pages and pop-ups and while the internal search feature is good, it can still be time-consuming to find what I am looking for. **Recommendations to others considering Leadpages:** Make sure that Leadpages easily integrates with your email provider. I would not use the website feature for a site you want to rank on Google. **What problems is Leadpages solving and how is that benefiting you?** Professional sales pages and pop-ups. Prior, I was trying to create sales pages in Wordpress and they were clunky and hard to make (even with the new Gutenberg editor). I also used their website feature for a small, 3-page website that I needed. The pop-ups in my content are cued by clicking on a custom image I made so everything is on-brand and seamless. This easily connects to my email provider, Convertkit. ### 28. When canceling my service I am obligated to pay for a full year that I only used two months of. The worst part is I emailed twice trying to discuss my options and received no response. I pick companies based on their customer service and their is non with leadpages. **What do you dislike about Leadpages?** The fine print is they will keep your money and not give you any opportunity to even discuss your concern. There is no way to reach them. I sent two emails on separate occasion requesting to be contacted. Nothing. Absolutely horrible company. They are only here to take your money and nothing else. **Recommendations to others considering Leadpages:** Do not use leadpages!! There is no customer service to support you. **What problems is Leadpages solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is nothing to be solved because they won’t contact me. Instead I wasted $300 and should have thrown it in the street so that someone could have benefited from it. Our team responds to 100% of the messages/tickets that we receive within 1 business day (typically much faster). In March of 2021, the email provider you used may have erroneously filtered out our responses without your knowledge (or ours). Later in 2021, our team was able to identify and resolve this filtering issue that occurred to a small number of our customers. To clarify our refund policy, we offer a 14-day free trial and bill new customers on day 15, according to the plan type they chose at the time of checkout. We also honor a refund request for 7 days after the initial charge to accommodate for customers who change their mind soon after that initial payment. After that, our support team works with customers who need extra help in getting value from their account as much as possible. When a customer cancels after 2 months, their account remains active for the remainder of the monthly or annual term, and no further payment is charged. I like the drag and drop feature and how fast you can update your pages. I use it with WordPress but it took some time to get used to with that. They've recently added a top bar feature so make announcements on any page and you can integrate the pages with 3rd party apps like MailChimp! Lead generation is simple and you can redirect users after signing up to any page you like. The way you use their software is only limited by your creativity and imagination. I use it not only as a landing page but I host my entire site on it as well! **What do you dislike about Leadpages?** The software is not perfect. I use a separate messenger service called 'Intercom' that breaks whenever I click on a button generated by Leadpages - those two services are not compatible. I reached out to customer support but they had no solution for it. Also, the options you have to build your page is limited - for example, you can't include slides and the html widget is not perfect. **Recommendations to others considering Leadpages:** I am satisfied and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple way to get a landing page, full website or a way to collect quality leads.
