Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Lead Generators International? Bait and switch tactics. We engaged Lead Generators International (LGI) for a U.S. outbound appointment-setting campaign in early 2026. Our signed agreement defined the target as U.S.-headquartered companies in specific industries, and we paid a $5,000 deposit up front. On the recorded kickoff call after we signed and paid, LGI told us they had never run a campaign comparable to ours and had no comparable U.S. referenceable customer in our industry. On the same call, they described our target buyers as reluctant to take calls from lead-generation companies and said such buyers screen those calls out heavily. That was the first time we heard any of this. None of it lined up with what was described during the pre-sales process, which was the basis on which we chose them. We asked to end the engagement and requested our deposit back. LGI declined to refund us.
