LaunderPay Laundry POS Reviews & Product Details

LaunderPay Laundry POS is an all-in-one point-of-sale built by laundromat owners for the way laundry businesses actually run. It handles the full order lifecycle - intake, processing, and pickup - across wash & fold, dry cleaning, and self-service, on devices you already own. Take payments on any device, print barcode bag tags and receipts on commercial-grade Epson hardware, and run pickup & delivery with a built-in Driver App that keeps every stop, turn-by-turn navigation, photo proof of delivery, and barcode scan in one place. Automated customer messages - order confirmations, ready-for-pickup texts, reminders, and itemized receipts - keep customers in the loop without tying up your staff. Built-in reporting shows exactly how the business is doing, and the Engagement Hub lets you market to your customers based on where they are in their lifecycle, with scheduled email and text campaigns.
