### 1. Revolutionizes Scenario Planning and Data Centralization

**Reviewed by:** Krishnaswaroop B. | People Strategy & Analytics Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Lative?**

I like how Lative solves data fragmentation problems by having it all in one live model. Scenario modeling is also a standout feature, turning planning into action. Another thing I appreciate is the great group of people on the Lative team, who are always there to help and bounce ideas off of each other. The setup, while requiring thoughtful preparation, was smooth.

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

I find the learning curve and usability of some of the advanced features around modeling and scenario setup a bit complex at first. More guided setup for advanced models, like a step-by-step wizard, would be a nice addition.

I really like Lative's ability to connect to our data and perform performance analysis on our sales teams. It helps us anticipate our growth better and assign more accurate quotas by role and region. The team is also very responsive to feature requests, and I don't have anything lingering that isn't already on their roadmap or something they've delivered. ### 7. Smooth Onboarding and a Custom Fit Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Desiree N. | Revenue Operations Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Lative?**

The onboarding team made the whole process a breeze. From day one, they were organized, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer questions. What really stood out was their patience and flexibility as we navigated our own internal processes, which ended up delaying our start date. They never rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience—instead, they adapted to our timeline and made sure we were fully supported when we were ready to move forward. The experience felt truly bespoke, and their willingness to adjust along the way made all the difference. It truly felt like they were invested in our success, and it was one of the smoothest onboarding experiences I’ve had with a new tool.

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

We're still in the configuration and testing stage of our engagement, so we haven't identified any downsides yet. So far, everything has been smooth, and the onboarding team has set us up for success. We'll have a better sense of potential areas for improvement as we continue using the tool and launch to the business.

**What problems is Lative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving efficiencies around the process of changing and distributing quotas and plans in a timely fashion.

 ### 8. Streamlining Productivity and Planning Analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Senior Sales Operations Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Lative?**

We are able to feed our data directly into Lative through shared Snowflake views allowing more customization on the customers end on to what is fed. The tech team at Lative is very responsive and getting the data set up correctly was an easy process. The user interface is very digestible and easy to glean insights from. We are able to slice our data any way we may need to run the business and the capacity planning tools will help cut down on manual work for quota setting at the rep level.

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

There is a bit of a learning curve to being able to quickly naviate the interface.

**What problems is Lative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Productivity and ramping analysis. Lative's features allow us to drill down to the different teams with ease to better identify potential high and lower performing teams. Their ramp analysis tools have automated a long standing internal reporting roadbloack which required lots of manual reporting.

 ### 9. Lative is a great tool for GTM and RevOps Leaders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George E. | Strategic Advisor -- Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Lative?**

Lative Automates the traditional burden of Capacity modeling. This used to be an exercise down once or twice a year by me and my clients. Now the Lative platform enables us to do continuous capacity planing through the year. We can see the real-time impact of our strategic plans and intitiatives on the metrics that mater including sales productivity and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

I'm looking forward to the day when Lative expands to cover capacity models for the entire GTM cycle including Marketing Operations and Demand Gen.

**What problems is Lative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lative is enabling me to serve more clients and more projects in my consulting business through their automated platform. What used to take weeks to build, now takes hours. My clients can now actively monitor sales team performance accross a number of critical dimensions. We couldn't do this before in CRM and using spreadsheets was a cumbersome, error-prone process.

 ### 10. Incredibly Valuable Tool for Sales Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Lative?**

It's hard to pick a favorite. I find the insights around ROI and ramp time very valuable for understanding whether the department is operating effectively. But layering that into the hiring plan is probably the most powerful thing that Lative offers our team.

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

As a sysadmin, I wish they surfaced more configuration options to admins. They make up for this by being incredibly hands-on partners that are happy to jump in to solve config issues on their side. I'm sure as their product continues to mature, they'll surface more and more of that for us to manage on our own.

**What problems is Lative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lative gives us visibility into rep ramp times and ROI that we didn't have before and makes modeling future hiring plans way easier and more data-driven.

 ### 11. Great Insights into Sales Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markus J. | Director Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Lative?**

Lative easily helps me to understand the productivity of my sales team - I get detailed insights into different categories to understand where is my biggest upside or risk in my business and in within my sales team.

I like the fact that the data flow directly from salesforce into Lative and display me all insights into the productivity. I am pretty sure that this will be the same for planning topics - we simply didn't start yet with this part of Lative.

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

My understanding is that Lative is ideal for SaaS companies - we do have a usage based business where productivity is much more complex to understand. However, together with the Lative team we build the usecases to display all insights I am looking for.

**What problems is Lative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lative is compiling data into easy insights - I do have plenty of different information available within Salesforce and Lative helps me to get these information I. The right way together and to Analyse this.

 ### 12. Easy to use and integrate within Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khooshyal C. | Research Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Lative?**

Ease of Integration and implementation
User Friendly
Responsive customer support team
Tracking sales performance against targets
Monitoring cost of sales versus performance

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

Everything good so far - I have not found anything to dislike

**What problems is Lative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost of sales (capacity) vs sales performance

 ### 13. Report customization seems quite restricted.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristiyan V. | Project Manager, Business Supplies and Equipment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Lative?**

Lative sits nicely alongside Salesforce, giving you all the information you need, from activity history, pipeline health and win rates. This helps me to know how I will best use the resources that I have and where to allocate them.

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

There are certain metrics which I monitor and these metrics cannot be easily obtained from pre-built reports. This introduces a new step into the process that I will have to do and that needs optimization.

**What problems is Lative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lative enables me to analyze the overall sales trend and pattern at a much faster rate than I would have probably taken to do it manually. Measuring the territory effectiveness or the rep productivity took hours of time spent on data manipulation.

 ### 14. Solving many of decision making challenges for Revenue Strategy, Planning and Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Lative?**

They've solved many of the challenges that Revenue Operations leaders have to build manually in excel and other tools. I'm really impressed by the speed that they can let you break down productivity and capacity across both simple and complex businesses - letting you understand the ROI of sales resources and where you have challenges or potential in the business. I've had many scenarios over the past few years where having Lative would have enabled me to simulate and make strategy decisions much faster, and they keep iterating with new capabilities every few months.

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

As with any useful piece of Revenue software the biggest value comes when you integrate this with existing systems especially finance, however this can be challenging in an enterprise business - where you would ideally want Finance and HR data points alongside your CRM.

**What problems is Lative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been evaluating Lative's capabilities as part of a future buying cylcle and i can see it gives a really fast path to simulating both the current sales productivity and potential, as well as building scenarios for future deplyoments, shifts in strategy & structure, along with managing potential with ramp times or role shifts. What is normally a large amount of data blending and manual analysis can be automated, and letting you perform a wide spectrum of sales and territory planning in an easily configurable environment.

 ### 15. Capacity planning streamlined!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Lative streamlines this process by tracking key components in one place: sales performance, performance analysis, ramp-up, hiring plan, and budget planning. This unified approach aligns our stakeholders and improves our visibility on our GTM strategy execution.

**What do you dislike about Lative?**

It takes time to fully grasp all the capabilities of the tool.

**What problems is Lative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lative addresses key components of our RevOps focus in one centralized platform, helping refine our execution. It eliminates the need for manual report creation, allowing RevOps teams to focus on strategic work instead of administrative tasks.

I would like to see pipeline needed added as a feature.

Lative has really helped us streamline our revenue operations workflow, saving SalesHood hours of spreadsheet management. We use Lative to accurately calculate our revenue team's capacity, preventing over or under-allocation of resources that have had a huge impact on our teams ROI. Plus, Lative acts as a "crystal ball" – by having the ability to simulate revenue impacts from hiring, investments, and strategy decisions we can now better predict future trajectory in order to meet our growth targets.
