We operate across a lot of jurisdictions, and keeping up with changing tax rules was honestly wearing us down. Savant now handles the calculations, reconciles against Oracle Fusion Cloud, and automatically generates audit logs and data lineage. Honestly, what I appreciate most is the fuzzy matching. We deal with a ton of vendor invoices, and the data is rarely clean—different formats, missing fields, you name it. Savant basically does pretty much everything now. It pulls data from across our spreadsheets, Microsoft 365 apps, and Salesforce, automatically posts GL entries, and pushes data out to Power BI and Excel. The platform is fairly easy to use. Honestly the biggest thing is that our whole workflow from bank statement to ledger entry just runs now. We used to have two people pulling data, matching it manually in Excel, and then someone else reviewing exceptions. Savant automates all of that with human in the loop review. We evaluated Savant Labs to streamline combining data from HubSpot, Google Ads, and internal sources. What stood out was how quickly we could build data pipelines without depending much on engineering.

The platform offers good flexibility in transforming and standardizing data before using it for reporting, which helped improve consistency in our marketing and sales data. This made our weekly reporting more reliable.
