**What do you like best about Landis Attendant Console?**

We moved from EngHouse Touchpoint Attendant on our old telephony system to Landis Attendant Console for Microsoft Teams after doing a free trial. We have got a small front desk with only one or two operators, and the simplicity of the Landis interface suited us  well, particularly because we have temp receptionists from time to time. We liked the fact that it can be setup without any complicated configuration in a matter of minutes, and runs on the cloud, with an option for a web client. The pricing is straightforward and good value compared to the other solution we evaluated. The panes on the user interface are customisable to an extent. We had to raise a few tickets regarding some things we couldn't figure out or didn't work, and the e-mail support was helpful and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Landis Attendant Console?**

Although the quick disconnect headsets work fine with Landis Attendant console, we couldn't find any suitable handsets (aka telephones)  (which some of our receptionists prefer). The external contacts in Landis Attendant console work, but if you have many external contacts this may be an issue.

**What problems is Landis Attendant Console solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The built in Teams interface even with the Teams Premium license is pretty unsatisfactory for a receptionist even with the relatively small number of calls we receive. Landis solved this issue.
