The support team is very responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about LabCollector LIMS & ELN?** I prefer to use the local version ona server in the lab rather than the cloud online version. This allows me to save on some expenses but it does require me to perform manual backups. **What problems is LabCollector LIMS & ELN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of the reagents helps me to avoid multiple purchases and saves the lab money. Also having all the equipment maintenace history logged in the LC allows very quick problem solving. ### 2. The team worked with us to customize LabCollector exactly the way we wanted it, and we can continue those updates and changes as our needs grow. **What do you dislike about LabCollector LIMS & ELN?** It is sometimes timely to get assistance through the ticket portal, and I often find chat does not have the answers I need. There have been several growing pains in certain functions, which the team continues to work on, but there are areas that still need improvement. **What problems is LabCollector LIMS & ELN solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we started, a big issue we faced was utilizing the Query Builder system. While we are unable to save our own enquiry parameters still, they have made improvements to the filter system which allows grouping of AND/OR filter parameters. The software makes us use less time on not productive activities and we can focus more on the lab-work. There is a whole range of add-ons covering almost anything, but for us it has been making the production easier and more cost effective. We have the Saas-service and downtime is zero. Also the support of SSA and great robustness is great. **What do you dislike about LabCollector LIMS & ELN?** Sone of the searches may have some slow indexing, and the CRM-module would be more useful if it were closer/easier to find with less clicks. I would not say the initial setup was easy.
