What do you like best about LabCollector LIMS & ELN?

It is super user friendly, but with a high level of confidence and flexibility to adapt it to the tests you are running. The software makes us use less time on not productive activities and we can focus more on the lab-work. There is a whole range of add-ons covering almost anything, but for us it has been making the production easier and more cost effective. We have the Saas-service and downtime is zero. Also the support of SSA and great robustness is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LabCollector LIMS & ELN?

Some of the searches may have some slow indexing, and the CRM-module would be more useful if it were closer/easier to find with less clicks. Also language on reports may be an issue but I know they are working on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
