"Best-in-Class Accent Changer That Boosts Confidence"
4/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

The accent changer is the best! I can now change my accent especially the African-English accent it gives me more confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I think the caption in from both recording and transcribing feature. Most of the time it wasn’t the same thing ti what my client told me. Let’s say 70% is accurate then 30% is either wrong transcription or there are some lines are missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

We are so glad that Krisp has helped you work remotely without worrying about barking dogs or background noise since last December. The transcription accuracy you mentioned is not where we want it to be, and we would really like to look into the missing lines and wrong captions for you. Please reach out to us at support@krisp.ai so we can dig into it and help improve it.

"Krisp Makes Calls Clearer with Effortless Noise Cancellation"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What I like most about Krisp is how easy it is to use. The noise cancellation works really well and makes calls much clearer, especially when there’s background noise. It’s simple, reliable, and very useful for remote work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The subtitles can sometimes take a while to load or fail to work properly. It would be great if this feature were a little faster and more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Ai note taker I have used"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I love that it can join meetings without a bot. I also love how it pulls out my to-dos and joins my meetings automatically, whether they’re on my calendar or not. Another thing I really like is that I can ask it to work on a task that was assigned to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Nothing major—I'd just like it to differentiate when a different speaker joins a call, even if they’re using the same audio as the original person. Also, sometimes it only shows “speaker 1” or “speaker 2” instead of an actual name, and it would be more helpful if it could label the speakers more clearly. "Effortless Audio Cleanup, Boosts Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp to clean up audio recordings, and it's given me a massive boost in efficiency by stripping my editing pipeline of tedious audio cleanup. Krisp stands out because it doesn't just clean up my microphone audio, but also filters out incoming background noise from guests on the other end of a call. This is especially useful when recording podcasts or interviews with guests who don't have a professional setup, as Krisp cleans their audio before it reaches my recording software, saving me time in post-production. Setup was incredibly straightforward and took only a couple of minutes. I also use it during Zoom interview recordings and Microsoft production planning meetings to maintain clear audio on both ends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

If a remote podcast guest has a particularly poor-quality microphone, Krisp's aggressive noise cancellation sometimes overcompensates and makes their voice sound slightly robotic. Having a manual 'intensity slider' would be a great addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Meeting Assistant That Boosts Productivity with Great Transcripts and Summaries"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

The AI meeting assistant, along with its transcription and automatic summary features, is a useful productivity boost—especially for professionals who attend frequent virtual meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

On the downside, the free plan comes with usage limits, and some advanced features require a paid subscription. In certain situations, the noise filtering can be a bit too aggressive, which may slightly affect voice quality or even cut off softer speech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Hi Ritika, glad the meeting assistant and summaries are boosting your productivity. On the filtering occasionally cutting softer speech, adjusting the noise cancellation level can often help, so if you write to us at support@krisp.ai our team can walk you through finding the right balance for your voice.

"Exceptional Sound Isolation and Meeting Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp to record all my meetings, which allows me to create a summary of them with all the points discussed, who said what, and when they said it. I appreciate that I can use this as evidence afterward. I like very much the sound isolation it brings. It's really helpful because a lot of the times I have my children or people around me, and this way, nobody hears the environment in which I am. The initial setup of Krisp was very easy, and it happened in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I want to be able to use Krisp as a transcriber and record meetings that I have in person with my other colleagues in my native language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Noise Cancellation for Remote Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What I like best about Krisp is how much cleaner and more professional it makes my calls, especially when working remotely. The noise cancellation is very reliable and helps block out background sounds like fans, street noise, family activity, or other distractions, which makes meetings feel more focused and less stressful.

I also appreciate that it works quietly in the background and integrates easily with the tools I already use for calls. I do not have to do much setup each time, and that saves me time before meetings. The overall experience is simple, smooth, and dependable.

The biggest value for me is confidence. I can join meetings knowing my audio will sound clearer, even if my environment is not perfect. That makes Krisp a practical tool for remote work and client-facing conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

One thing I dislike about Krisp is that it can sometimes be a little too aggressive with noise cancellation, especially when there are sudden changes in background sound or when I move farther from the microphone. In some cases, my voice can sound slightly compressed or less natural.

The price is also a little high, especially for individual remote workers or smaller teams. While the product provides real value, a more flexible pricing option or a more affordable plan would make it easier to justify as a long-term tool.

It would also be helpful to have clearer real-time indicators showing how much noise is being removed or whether the microphone quality is being affected. This would make it easier to adjust settings before or during important calls.

Overall, Krisp works very well, but more control over noise cancellation strength, better visibility into audio performance, and more flexible pricing would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Noise-Free Meetings and Effortless Transcription"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I love that Krisp is able to record my meetings without having to be a participant in the meeting like Fathom does. It just does it in the background, which makes it a great self-improvement and education tool for me. The way it clears up my audio so well is also something I really appreciate, especially since I work from home with a lot of potential noise distractions. Its background noise reduction makes me sound much more professional. The feature that automatically records meetings has been a game-changer for me because I have ADD and often forget to record. Additionally, having transcripts of all my calls is super helpful for reviewing my own processes and ensuring I don't miss any action items. Overall, it's extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Sometimes it records things it doesn't need to record, like when I'm just doing a voice note on Facebook. It records and transcribes that, which is kinda silly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Noise Cancellation For better Quality Calls"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

What I like most is the noise cancellation feature. I work from home, and with dogs and family members often around, it helps eliminate background noise during calls. This allows me to communicate clearly and ensures that customers can hear me without distractions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

What I dislike is that sometimes there isn't an option to delete all meetings at once. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows users to delete all saved meetings with a single action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Thank you for the review, and we are glad Krisp keeps your calls clear with the household around. Good news on deleting meetings: you can actually remove them in bulk. On the My Meetings page, use the checkbox at the top of the list to select all your meetings at once, then click the trash icon to delete them in one action. You can also select just the ones you want. If you have any trouble finding it, we are at support@krisp.ai.

"Essential for Clear Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp to work as a freelancer on an interpreter platform and it is a great tool. It helps me have good communication without audio problems or interruptions due to noise on the call. I like that I can take my work calls without worrying about unexpected noises that might mix into the call and affect the quality. Krisp prevents me from having this kind of stress. Additionally, it makes the sound clearer and my work sounds crisp. The initial setup was very easy, as Krisp provides a small video tutorial that explains it clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

There are some sounds that do manage to filter through, I hope you can prevent it from happening again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
