**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Seamless integration with all meeting platforms I use (Zoom, Meet, Teams). Noise cancellation (on mine and others' audio). High fidelity and accurate summaries—better than other platforms I've tried. Multi-language support (supports one language per meeting). AI chat to interact with the meeting content. Easy editing and sharing. Audio and video recording. Fast and responsive customer support.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Doesn't support multiple languages in the same meeting. Exports in TXT, but not in rich text format, and files must be downloaded one by one (transcript, notes, recording). Search only shows best matches (instead of filtering the meeting list). Pricing is a little high.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp helps me with meeting AI note-taking, and this provides me several benefits: I can focus on the meeting instead of taking manual notes; it helps me find specific parts of a meeting using search or AI chat; record meetings which I'm not the owner, so I don't have to depend on someone else sharing their recordings and notes with me; noise cancelation, as I work from home—and it sometimes get noisy in here. The notes' accuracy is impressive, so often times I can reccur to the notes instead of having to go over the meeting recording—and this saves me a lot of time!

It catches every meeting from all possible calendars, the transcription is quite strong, and the action items and notes are great.

Assigning speakers can be challenging at times, and opening the meeting notes sometimes incurs a small lag.

I like that the transcriptions last a week, which gives me enough time to document and save all the important information without worrying about it being lost. Also, I value that the transcriptions are well done almost all the time, as they are well written and always processed correctly. This allows me to focus on other aspects without the stress of constantly checking the accuracy of the transcriptions. Additionally, the initial setup of Krisp was very easy for me, as I only had to enter my email. This level of simplicity and effectiveness really enhances my overall experience and makes me confidently recommend Krisp.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I think the application is not working well because sometimes it freezes. It is very slow even on high-end devices. I am forced to reinstall it in order to continue using it.

I use Krisp to save the transcription of work meetings, ensuring that nothing is lost. Additionally, the transcriptions last for a week, giving time to document everything, and they are generally well-written.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for my work, and I mainly appreciate the noise cancellation feature because I work in a noisy environment with lots of background noise. Its reliability and consistency have made a big difference for me; before using it, I would get afraid before every call because of the noise. Now, I'm more comfortable working anywhere. It's great because Krisp works perfectly fine with background noises like the fan or the AC noise. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.

Sometimes when someone is talking with me, it picks up their voice as if it's mine and gets mushed into my voice, making it sound a little bit weird.

Krisp is the best noise-canceling tool I’ve ever used, and I wouldn’t change it for anything else.

The price is too expensive, as you already know. I’m from a poor country where money doesn’t circulate well, so it’s hard to afford.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Krisp filters both my background noise and the background noises of my colleagues better than any tool I’ve ever used. I have six children in a small house and while working remotely my coworkers never hear the crying and shouting, nor do I hear dogs, construction, or even fire alarms in the space of my coworkers. 
I live having my own summary regardless of whether I’m using Zoom, Slack, Teams, etc.

I like how Krisp solves the presence of most background noises such as outside sounds like birds, lawn mowers, vehicles, and overhead planes. It also greatly reduces indoor sounds like people talking. I find it easy to turn Krisp on and off, which is convenient when switching between personal and work calls. The initial setup of Krisp was very easy.

It sometimes makes it difficult for people to hear me. I am either not heard at all or very soft sounding to them. The issue resolves when I turn Krisp off.

I use Krisp for video conference calls and phone calls, and it solves background noise issues by removing outside sounds like birds, lawn mowers, and indoor sounds like people talking. It's easy to toggle on and off when needed for work.

The AI meeting notes are so useful for meetings. I can actually pay attention during the meeting instead of scrambling to take notes the whole time. The UI is so simple, it integrates with Teams beautifully. Performance wise it just runs smoothly in the background. Pricing is fair and transparent and there is great support if (rarely) you have issues.

It’s quite power-intensive. Sometimes I can tell it’s slowing my laptop down, so I end up needing to close it.

I appreciate Krisp's ability to convert accents in a more organic way and its effective noise cancellation, even when my headphones aren't the best at reducing noise. The initial setup was very easy.

I use Krisp to cancel the noise of my colleagues during video calls, which helps me concentrate better. I like its easy setup and how it works with all my different tools. After being invited by my organization, I just had to select Krisp, and I got super good noise cancelling.

Honestly, I would have liked all settings just turned off except for noise canceling on, because I only needed that, and I had to go into settings and turn off all these extras, because they were just distracting.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like Krisp because it provides the ability to transcribe meeting notes, generate summaries and outlines without sending bots, which can create friction in meetings. The software operates in the background capturing all the meeting notes directly, which is really helpful. I also appreciate the pricing segment for the tasks it offers. This setup is important for us, especially since we need all our meeting minutes, summaries, and action items accurately captured and documented for our startup.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I think the auto translation and the identification of languages aren't great because most of the time our meetings are in Hindi and the transcribing for the language is not that good. The auto identification is not good because most of the time, I would say, it takes Arabic and other languages which we don't even speak. I think that can be improved. I really like Krisp's instant recording feature because it reduces the need for manual actions to start recording, especially when using it on a Mac. The structured way of summarizing calls is also a standout, as it helps me not miss any important details from my conversations. Additionally, the voice improvement feature has caught my interest since it makes my professional experience more structured, particularly because I am not a native speaker. This feature helps in improving my accent.

The main issue is that Krisp is recording all my conversations. When I use Slack for my calls or record my voice in some messenger, all recordings then appear in the list of calls. I find that my list is so long, and it's hard to understand where exactly the important calls are. Krisp recorded everything, even small talks and also recorded, for example, my voice that I talked to ChatGPT. It is not really clear for me how that happened, and it is an area for improvement and maybe a better setup for what exactly to record. I didn't see a privacy feature that automatically notifies people about the recording time during calls in Google Meet or Teams. So I just have to tell the participants that I'm recording.
