What I like most about Kosmo Research is how quickly it turns a vague question into real customer feedback. At ADECT, our architecture and acoustic design studio, we used it to validate how potential clients perceive our services. We also used preference tests to compare design concepts and visuals before presenting them.
The preference test feature is especially valuable for us. Instead of guessing which render or layout works better, we get a clear winner plus the reasons behind each choice. The AI interviewer asks smart follow-up questions that we wouldn’t have thought to ask ourselves, and the AI summaries pull out the key themes so we don’t have to read every transcript line by line. Setting up a study takes minutes, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate even without a research background. For a small studio without a dedicated research team, it gives us insights that would otherwise cost much more time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn’t much to dislike, but there’s room to improve. For a niche business like ours, an architecture and acoustic design studio in Greece, it would help to have more options for targeting specific local or professional audiences within the verified participant pool. I’d also like to see more integrations, for example exporting insights directly to tools like Notion or Google Drive, or sharing reports with clients in a more presentation-ready format. Finally, response limits on the lower plans can feel tight when you want to compare several concepts at once. A flexible pay-per-response add-on would make it easier to scale a single study without upgrading the whole plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
