**What do you like best about Kordata?**

Kordata has helped with data organization and streamlining, and is a much better option than building a solution from scratch. One of the rep has been very responsive when issues come up. There are a few remaining issues to iron out, but the software has been beneficial to the company overall.

**What do you dislike about Kordata?**

The app is often slow to respond. This isn't a fatal flaw to the functionality, but it can significantly slow down the daily tasks of field personnel and lead to frustration.

**What problems is Kordata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kordata has been a great application to document our process. The product and service both meet our high level of expectations.
