&lt;p&gt;Driver-side usability is probably the real separator once basic compliance is covered. I’d weigh how easy it is to correct logs, handle exceptions, and complete DVIR/HOS tasks without extra taps, because those are the moments where drivers are most likely to work around the system.&lt;/p&gt;
