Geolocation coordinates are sincere and reliable. **What do you dislike about KoboToolbox?** It is a useful tool for data collection, however a voice recording is not available. **What problems is KoboToolbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool allows us to acquire data in record time. This allowed us to adjust our strategies for implementing our activities. ### 3. The form updating, form downloading, a summary view of submitted/collected data is well organized and easy to use. The outlook of the data collect form and logic used for data collection form are easy and user-friendly and do not need to be highly trained to use the data collect apps for this platform. Moreover, GIS data can also be collected by the data collection apps while collecting data. WHich is another excellent feature of this platform. **What do you dislike about KoboToolbox?** The only problem I found with the Kobo toolbox is that there is no direct iOS software for data collected by the Kobo toolbox. The direct apps for the Kobo toolbox data collection apps are only developed for Android-based devices. But for IOS devices, there are some third-party apps by which kobo data collected can be used. Moreover, the free version of data collection apps has some limitations, such as not more than 500 variables can be entered by data collection apps. And the advertisements during using the data collection apps are annoying for using the free version of third-party apps on the IOS platform. I am currently using third-party apps GIC collect for the kobo toolbox data collection and am facing those problems mentioned above. **Recommendations to others considering KoboToolbox:** As a widely used platform for data collection, maintaining data security and privacy, and quality management, this is the best platform for an organization and personal use. The platform is currently used for a wide range of emergency response units in my country by several UN organizations and national organizations where I am using and providing support to the government and UN agencies. Moreover, as this platform is easy to handle, easy to manage for any organization-level or individual-level data collection, I personally use this platform. From this platform, the data can be collected in offline mode and can be saved to send to the central server when connected to the internet. Therefore, I recommend using this platform for all programs, and research personal should consider this platform. **What problems is KoboToolbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** The traditional way of data collection was based on paper, which was several problems like damaging paper, missing input of code by data collectors, or editing code, which was a data authenticity problem that is totally solved by the Kobo platform. Moreover, data preservation and quality control are also easier now. I have to use the kobo toolbox for my everyday monitoring purpose and everyday data collection from the healthcare facilities, which means my day-by-day problem identification and solving procedure becomes much easier with this platform. ### 4. You don't have to be tech-savvy to design questionnaires on the tool be it open or closed-ended. Anyone with a very basic orientation on the tool can jump to use the tool without any difficulty and even, will automatically jettison paper-based data collection. The data collected is easily exported to different formats. **What do you dislike about KoboToolbox?** Nothing. The tool is user-friendly and free of any cost. **Recommendations to others considering KoboToolbox:** By using KoBO Toolbox shift from paper-based data collection **What problems is KoboToolbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collecting data for different surveys and assessments using the kobo toolbox. Using the tool also minimized transcription errors during data collection and the tool is indeed a gatekeeper of data quality.
