As a widely used platform for data collection, maintaining data security and privacy, and quality management, this is the best platform for an organization and personal use. The platform is currently used for a wide range of emergency response units in my country by several UN organizations and national organizations where I am using and providing support to the government and UN agencies. Moreover, as this platform is easy to handle, easy to manage for any organization-level or individual-level data collection, I personally use this platform. From this platform, the data can be collected in offline mode and can be saved to send to the central server when connected to the internet. What problems is KoboToolbox solving and how is that benefiting you?
The traditional way of data collection was based on paper, which was several problems like damaging paper, missing input of code by data collectors, or editing code, which was a data authenticity problem that is totally solved by the Kobo platform. Moreover, data preservation and quality control are also easier now. I have to use the kobo toolbox for my everyday monitoring purpose and everyday data collection from the healthcare facilities, which means my day-by-day problem identification and solving procedure becomes much easier with this platform.
