**What do you like best about Koalafi?**

The application process is fast, and you get a decision pretty quickly. The initial approval was low, but it gets better the more you use the service and how reliability.

**What do you dislike about Koalafi?**

The return process was complex. You are at the mercy of the vendor, even in my case, where the product was not received when promised and is not expected to be available anytime soon.

**What problems is Koalafi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a quick alternative to traditional financing options.

**What do you like best about Koalafi?**

Easy to use system that allows me to monitor my payments and where I am at with my 90 day pay off.

**What do you dislike about Koalafi?**

Charges a 50$ early pay-off fee, which the 3rd party vendor did not explain even when asked directly.

**What problems is Koalafi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My wife was in NEED of a new sofa and love seat. This allowed us to make the purchases quicker and with little added cost.
