Employees have become more active and engaged in their learning because of the game-like interaction environment and the individual assignments. **What do you dislike about Knowingo?** Knowingo platform has rather limited features to create custom content the platform has rather limited features. Reflecting on our current training requirements, I sometimes faced difficulties in creating and posting new learning files at Knowingo. **What problems is Knowingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowingo mitigate the shortcomings of the standard Learning Management Systems by providing on-line and mobile learning.
