**What do you like best about Knode?**

Knode was a critical partner in helping us not only coach our Sales team, but also create entirely new playbooks for our business. Their team was incredibly hands-on and felt more like an extension of our own team rather than a vendor. Their UI is very user-friendly, and they are always available for any questions that may arise. Knode has made our team smarter and more efficient, which has directly correlated to improved business outcomes.

Nothing! What's not to love about enhanced sales insights?

**What problems is Knode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knode helped us build entirely new playbooks for our sales team. We implemented a new MEDDIC framework with their help and refined our ICP. From these resources, we were able to get up and running with improved sales coaching and richer insights into our pipeline. We have now seen stronger close rates, reduced time to close, and more empowered AEs.

**What do you like best about Knode?**

Knode.ai automatically analyzes sales call transcripts to provide coaching insights, scorecards, and playbook optimization—saving me hours weekly while giving me complete visibility into how my team actually sells versus what's in our CRM. It's particularly helpful to ensure my sales team is making the right plays on calls.

**What do you dislike about Knode?**

Nothing in particular comes to mind, but I'm looking to do more with this sales tool!

**What problems is Knode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knode solves Payabli's critical challenge of scaling sales excellence across an expanding team and several verticals without manually reviewing every call. It captures real competitive intelligence on what positioning works against our competitors, identifies where reps struggle with complex topics, and surfaces patterns that hinder sales performance.
