What do you like best about KloudConnectors?

What do you dislike about KloudConnectors?
Claimed to link Zoho CRM with our store, Prestashop. While some data did get passed, not all the order data went through so it was essentially useless. I guess if you just want to link contact info, it might work but if you want sales and order info, forget it. And since sales and order info is the only reason you'd link a storefront and a CRM, you would think you'd make sure that would work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
