It gives enterprise teams evidence that their voice channel works in more than 100+ countries and 340+ carriers, and shows exactly where it breaks when something goes wrong. Testing runs in country over live carrier networks, following the full call path from customer to agent in a single test. Machine learning, automatic speech recognition and audio fingerprinting measure audio quality at every stage and isolate each fault to its country, carrier or journey step. Every test is recorded, which gives compliance leaders a record an auditor will accept and gives teams leverage over their carriers. Klearcom also tests speech intent in more than 40 languages, so AI agents and speech bots understand callers under real conditions. When a caller says a drug name on a Pfizer IVR in Japanese, Klearcom confirms the bot routes the call correctly. Klearcom needs zero installation and zero integration. Customers provide the number and Klearcom handles the rest, with results that hold up through a platform migration.
