"Efficient Monitoring with Easy Setup, but Limited Scheduling Configuration"

What do you like best about Kickidler?

Kickidler is a very good system, simple to set up, and provides a great increase in productivity. I love the screen monitoring because it's good to keep an eye on the clever ones at work. As an admin, I don't need to stay in the room watching each employee; I can monitor each screen from wherever I am. The ease of initial setup of Kickidler was great, with support that made everything very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickidler?

So, the employee's schedule should be minute by minute, because here I have three shifts, from 08:00 to 18:00, from 08:00 to 16:20, from 10:00 to 18:20, from 12:00 to 20:20. I am having serious problems configuring these schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kickidler?

What do you like best about Kickidler?

The number of reports that can be exported is impressive. User management both for administrators and managers is very well designed, and structuring the company within the platform is easy and intuitive. Additionally, their technical support is fast, responsive, and very helpful whenever issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickidler?

License management is frustrating, as it's not possible to remove inactive users or unassign licenses unless you're swapping them with another user. I've also faced several issues with user disconnections, often caused by antivirus blocks or because the Grabber application doesn't start properly when the computer boots. This sometimes requires restarting the device, and any data generated during the downtime is lost until we notice the disconnection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Terrible support, I've been asking for support for several months and they don't tell me anything, they don't contact me. I also asked for support through the chat, they told me to send an email to support@kickidler.com, I sent it and they don't say anything. What's the use of a tool with so many functions if it doesn't work? The application is very easy to install and provides excellent real-time visibility of team activities. The user screen tracking caught my attention, it lets you see completely how the user spends their time and see how productive they are; which is inferred in Mexico and is not expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kickidler?

Follow up with your partners in Mexico (pcinnovation) since I mentioned the recent ransomware experience they had and they told me they were not aware and there was no support from their side.
