**What do you like best about Kickidler?**

Kickidler is a very good system, simple to set up, and provides a great increase in productivity. I love the screen monitoring because it's good to keep an eye on the clever ones at work. As an admin, I don't need to stay in the room watching each employee; I can monitor each screen from wherever I am. The ease of initial setup of Kickidler was great, with support that made everything very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kickidler?**

So, the employee's schedule should be minute by minute, because here I have three shifts, from 08:00 to 18:00, from 08:00 to 16:20, from 10:00 to 18:20, from 12:00 to 20:20. I am having serious problems configuring these schedules.

**What problems is Kickidler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kickidler for remote screen monitoring, it increases productivity by ensuring that employees do not engage in other activities during work.

It is a very practical system to use and easy to control. With it, I can manage users and monitor performance reports throughout the week, which helps me understand each one's productivity.

The disadvantage would be the need to perform a manual installation on each computer, but this only needs to be done once.

**What do you like best about Kickidler?**

The number of reports that can be exported is impressive. User management both for administrators and managers is very well designed, and structuring the company within the platform is easy and intuitive. Additionally, their technical support is fast, responsive, and very helpful whenever issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Kickidler?**

License management is frustrating, as it's not possible to remove inactive users or unassign licenses unless you're swapping them with another user. I've also faced several issues with user disconnections, often caused by antivirus blocks or because the Grabber application doesn't start properly when the computer boots. This sometimes requires restarting the device, and any data generated during the downtime is lost until we notice the disconnection.

It helps us a lot with monitoring login and logout times for users working from home, making it easier to track their actual working hours.

Terrible support, I've been asking for support for several months and they don't tell me anything, they don't contact me. I also asked for support through the chat, they told me to send an email to support@kickidler.com, I sent it and they don't say anything. What's the use of a tool with so many functions if it doesn't work? Several of my agents got disconnected and they still don't connect even after disabling antivirus and firewall on the server and grabber.

When exporting the screenshots of the workday, we noticed some performance limitations, including occasional freezes that affect the smoothness of this feature.

The user screen tracking caught my attention, it lets you see completely how the user spends their time and see how productive they are; which is inferred in Mexico and is not expensive.

**What do you dislike about Kickidler?**

Follow up with your partners in Mexico (pcinnovation) since I mentioned the recent ransomware experience they had and they told me they were not aware and there was no support from their side. I was interested in the software since I could deduce it in Mexico, but we cannot risk installing software with ransomware on a database.

The tracking of the productivity of my company's employees, in order to take actions to improve processes or talk with them because they are being ineffective.

The most spectacular thing is the simplicity in configuration and implementation. In a few steps, you have complete tracking and control of all the company's assets. The support from customer service is spectacular, with prompt and accurate responses.

So far, I don't have any negative points. Since the implementation, there has been an increase in the productivity of the collaborators. The hardest part is the cultural change.

Mainly the lack of concentration by users during work hours. With this tool, they quickly regain focus and productivity increases. Another important point is the security of the company's data; by monitoring every action, there is efficient control over what is done with each company asset and where the company's information ends up.

The app exceeded all my expectations! The interface is extremely intuitive, making navigation and use of the features easy from the first access. - It does not allow the user to delete or remove the log from the PC, reducing the chances of bypassing something.

What I find most interesting is all that data collection and the presentation of statistics as CRM works quite well and helped me improve the effectiveness of my work.

I think the viewer interface needs an update, I would like a tour mode that switches between users, and if it has one I haven't been able to configure it yet.

**What do you like best about Kickidler?**

I took on the task of searching for and testing various monitoring tools to measure the productivity and actual working time of my developers. After trying around 4 different software, I found this one called Kickidler, and honestly, it surprised me.

Let me tell you a bit about my experience using Kickidler:

• The first interesting point is that I can monitor users live. What does this mean? It shows me a window with real-time grid views of each user.
• I can check the % usage of each application and website they are using.
• I can generate reports and know what time their first and last connection was, but that's not all. It also shows me the actual working time and the time they just left the computer logged in without doing anything.
• Another thing I found important is that I can generate violation alerts, for example, when they search for or enter pages unrelated to their work like social networks, video games, or even job searches, it can start recording and alert me.
• Another option I find interesting is that I can send alerts and tell them they have been inactive for "X" amount of time.
• The application does not show up anywhere on the desktop, only in the running processes, making it not easy to detect, although when installing it, I also saw that there is a stealth mode option.
• Best of all, the price is very affordable.

**What do you dislike about Kickidler?**

It is a bit complicated to uninstall because if it is installed in hidden mode, you have to stop the service and execute some commands. Whereas to uninstall in normal mode, we have to run the installer again and select remove.

**What problems is Kickidler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our company, developers generate time tickets for various projects, but on several occasions, those times in the projects are very inflated. So this tool helps me to have more accurate data on the time spent on each project in order to generate invoices more effectively.
