Prajjo is a software with tracks user login active if the candidate is active or not and calculate their Productivity The implementation process is smooth, and teams can start using the platform quickly without any complications. As a manager, the ability to add proxy leaves for employees is extremely helpful and saves time when team members are unavailable. The platform makes it easy to track employee login and logout times, and daily login activity can be monitored along with location details, which improves transparency and attendance tracking. Applying leaves is simple and well-organized, with options to select different types of leaves and add proper reasons, making the process clear for both employees and managers. It also shows the list of holidays , HRIS information such as personal profile, reporting structure, shift timings assiggned to the employee, managing the time off by simply apply leaves or floater leave as required and many more options.
