## About Kasera
Kasera is booking and point-of-sale software for salons, barbershops, and spas in Indonesia. It integrates appointment scheduling, service tracking, and payment processing into one system. Customers can book appointments via a shared link or website widget, while salon owners manage stylist schedules through a centralized calendar. Automated WhatsApp reminders help reduce missed appointments. The point-of-sale system tracks services, inventory, and stylist performance. Staff can process transactions using a tablet-based interface, with payment options supporting QRIS technology for e-wallets like GoPay, OVO, and Dana. Customers can pay online or after services. Kasera supports the Indonesian language, displays prices in Rupiah, and works on multiple devices. Setup is quick, with no long-term contracts. **What do you like best about Kasera?**

I've been using Kasera for around 3 months for my salon. The main thing for me is the online booking, customers just book themselves and I don't have to reply to WhatsApp all day anymore. There are still some small things I wish it had but support responds fast when I ask. Overall happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Kasera?**

I have not encountered any significant issues so far. My experience with the platform has been positive.

**What problems is Kasera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kasera has helped simplify the way we manage appointments, customer information, and day-to-day operations. Instead of juggling multiple tools and manual processes, everything is organized in one platform.
