The back-end administrator dashboard feels rather clunky and not intuitive enough for daily operation. New HR and L&D staff usually need a long learning period to get familiar with all core functions. Building tailored learning pathways and setting complex team-based assignment rules involves too many scattered menus and extra steps, which slows down our workflow when rolling out new company training initiatives. Many core operational workflows feel outdated compared to modern cloud-based LMS platforms. In addition, the native reporting dashboards offer limited adjustable dimensions, so we cannot directly create targeted statistical views to fit our internal management needs.
