**What do you like best about Kalix?**

The organization of tabs, information, and charts is outstanding. The responsive layout helps me keep track of all my patients, meetings, and information. The implementation during virtual times of COVID has been helpful.

**What do you dislike about Kalix?**

The tutorials are not the most helpful, so it does take time getting used to the multiple features and programs. The program is also slow to load information regarding patient demographics.

**What problems is Kalix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me easily login and view my information without actually being in the physical practice. I can access the ease of my schedule and patient charts from at office and at home. I also appreciate the effectivess and efficiency of information when communicating with patients and providers.

I love how customizable and affordable Kalix is! It's extremely user-friendly and makes doing business so much easier to handle.

There's not really much to dislike about Kalix!

It's so much easier to reach out to my consumers using Kalix with automated messages and appointment reminders!

**What do you like best about Kalix?**

Kalix help me to save client and patient files and information
Help me schedule patient appointments
It also features an easy dashboard
Their technical support responds easily and in a short time

**What do you dislike about Kalix?**

In general, I do not find any errors or defects in using Kalix

**What problems is Kalix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Made it easy to maintain a database of patients in my clinic
Save time scheduling appointments and taking notes

**What do you like best about Kalix?**

The best part about this app is how efficiently it organises the details you put in thereby saving you precious time. It's really user friendly and gives you a lot of features to make the management of your client simple and easy. The customer service is also great and prompt with responses.

**What do you dislike about Kalix?**

The interface could be improved by allowing easy integration with other apps so data transfer becomes easy

Kalix organises your data and makes it easy to manage multiple clients and their data at once
