What do you like best?

Kadence offered an easily digestible services package that described a quick and painless implementation of Service Cloud by Salesforce. The staffed the project fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The Kadence team clearly did not enforce strong project management during our implementation. Our project (~3months) went through at least 3 project managers, so we constantly had to re-describe our requirements. They offered a more out-of-the-box solution (which I know is a misnomer anyways), but the only OOTB item was the salesforce template they used. They did not help out with design input to keep pages consistent. We do not have any web development skills and relied on their input, but they showed little investment.

We also purchased training packages to teach us how to support the software, but the training was insufficient. They spent 3/4 of the time teaching us basic salesforce admin skills (which we already knew and did not need training on). Once the training block was complete, we complained that we did not receive any skills to support the project, so rather than scheduling another session, they only offered us a recorded training which again did not not train us on supporting the configuration. Again it was just salesforce admin training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We attempted to launch Service Cloud and a support community with Kadence. The project ultimately failed and we reverted back to Intercom Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
