JUSTPRO-MES is a great solution to manage project **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** 毓雄 . | Manager of Project Management & CSC, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2021 **What do you like best about JUSTPRO MES?** Efficient solution, powerful functionalities, it integrated with Oracle ERP and provided tracking for production plans/purchasing plans which is accessible on their Web app **What do you dislike about JUSTPRO MES?** Not much at the moment, they have been very professional. **What problems is JUSTPRO MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was the project manager for this project, it was quite big project between Eaton and Glencore Xstrata, the project consists of 21 MCC control boards, each MCC is made of between 15 control cabinets to 20 control cabinets with sophisticated Allen Bradley PLC control, the project required quality and delivery on time, initially it was very difficult to keep track of purchasing, inspection, production and quality control, and without tracking it was difficult to deliver on time, then JUSTPRO was called in to implement JUSTPRO-MES system to interface with Oracle ERP, to manage the project from the design, construction, wiring, and factory acceptance test that achieved quality and allowed us to deliver on time, the project was successfully completed. ### 2. It is a user friendly platform to manage the production of the MCC boards and track QA/QC information. **What do you dislike about JUSTPRO MES?** No dislikes. Team was very good to work with. **What problems is JUSTPRO MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** This project required a solution to manage the entire manufacturing & production, QA/QC, and two things were very important: 1. the production quality 2. everything needed to be delivered on schedule. JUSTPRO's manufacturing execution system acted as a platform to execute job & production orders and share all production, QA/QC information. We liked the QA/QC features a lot as we can see everything happening in the production, and we can respond to any issues accordingly.
