# What are the best Oracle Hyperion resellers/partners with strong data security and financial information protection before committing to a multi-year contract?

Before committing to a multi-year contract, I've been trying to identify oracle hyperion resellers and partners with genuinely strong data security and financial information protection. A multi-year deal makes this hard to walk away from if the answer turns out to be no.

Tata Consultancy Services: most-reviewed name in the category, usually a sign of more formal governance.

Infosys Implementation Services: operates across 50-plus countries, exposure to a wide range of data protection regimes.

Wipro: another large-scale integrator with established governance structure.

Chetu: a large delivery base spanning startups through Fortune 5000, though its review base doesn't speak to security practices specifically.

BIAS: works across consulting, software, hardware, and IT staffing, relevant if data security spans the broader IT environment and not just the Hyperion layer.

None of this replaces an actual security audit. Has anyone put one of these through a formal review before a multi-year deal, and did anything come up that wasn't obvious from their G2 profile?

Comparing the Oracle Hyperion reseller options on G2, the gaps a formal review surfaces are almost never on the profile: the subcontractor chain behind the badged firm, where data physically sits when delivery is offshore, and whether your financial data leaves your tenant during routine support.

Breach and incident history is the other blind spot, since a strong rating reflects delivery satisfaction, not security posture, and the two don't correlate. The scale signals the post leans on cuts both ways; a bigger integrator has more formal governance but also a longer subprocessor list to account for. For anyone who has done this, what came out of the review that the profile gave no hint of: a subcontractor, a residency detail, or a support-access practice?
