**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

I like its flexibility the most and the fact that it integrates with outlook add-ins and other communication platforms. The flexibility allows us the ability to customize work flows for every situation.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Sometimes the number of features can confuse users. Also, it is difficult to navigate and not extremely user friendly or intuitive, especially when it comes to creating customized flows and the like.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped with contact management and the recording of interactions with clients, just like any other CRM does. However it also allows us to do a great deal more with its data mining search capabilities and customizable searches. This allows us to do direct marketing within our book and prospects entered in the CRM.

Being able to household both spouses, connect other related clients, build out work flows. Process reports to sort accounts and details of clients.

The email function is frustrating to use, very clunky. We have found a work around, but we would love this feature to be better.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client information, work flows, being able to sort and group clients in categories. In the end, it saves us time and people resources being so well organized.

  ### 7. Very few issues, smooth functioning, helpful tool

Junxure is a great tool to ensure all steps are followed when doing anything client-related. It helps me to keep all tasks in order and helps team communciation.

One downside is that it is a bit difficult to get in touch with customer service at times, and I have experienced several slowdowns/crashes with the new move to Advisor Engine.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

It's a very useful tool for any office in any industry

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 10. Best CRM for workflow and productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malise H. | Independent Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2020

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Moving to a digital cloud has been the best decision for our company. New client onboarding is quick, easy, and paperless. We can access the workflow monitor from anywhere, which is perfect for us working from home. Productivity is at an all-time high! Nothing will get forgotten as everything is being kept track of. The best part is that our clients can access their investment data anytime.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

We dislike very little as a company, but we should mention that those who are not tech-savvy and not working digitally prior might struggle at first. Fortunately, we got free training for all our staff and are happy with the outcome.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Don't hesitate to move your work to a digital platform. Once you have done the training (which is free for you and your staff), your business will be more productive. You'll save a lot of time which can be spent on increasing profits.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the major problems we faced before using Junxure was all the paperwork. Documents would get misplaced and filing cabinets were filling up. With Junxure being a cloud-based CRM, we have been able to go paperless. Not only are we saving time, but we are also saving the environment!

One of the many benefits includes being able to send mass emails and newsletters to our clients. This saves us time from having to email each person individually.

Having all our clients' data and information stored in one centralized hub makes our work more structured and easier to plan out our days. Workflow is like a well-oiled machine!

  ### 11. having a plan

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

detailed information and workflow tracking

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Can be lumpy to navigate, the reporting is limited; the learning curve can be a challenge for newer users. Sometimes hard to find information

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

workflow tracking project management

  ### 12. No integration with MassMutual systems. All account info required manual input.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan M. | Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2021

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Householding options were great. Workflow options also worked well.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Lack of integration with our broker dealer. Wasn't beneficial on the insurance side either.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

workflows were beneficial, prevented things from falling through the cracks. Householding options were also very functional and helpful.

  ### 13. Junxure is a valuable CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2020

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Junxure has been a valuable asset that keeps us organized in regards to our clients and partners.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

The email capturing on the server level can pose some problems, though they are working to upgrade this.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Junxure is a nice CRM that is able to partner with ClientView, a secure portal used for financial clients.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Junxure has allowed us to pull detailed lists on accounts, relevant tags/classifications of records, and created an expedited way to obtain information quickly.

  ### 14. We use Junxure for our online CRM.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa C. | Chief Compliance Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

We love the ability to quickly and securely access our client information from anywhere! It is easy to manage, geared toward our financial services company and more affordable to other brand name CRMs.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Sometimes there are so many features you can get bogged down when just trying to complete simple steps.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online access, modern software that is no longer dependent on internal staff to update, easy customer service.

  ### 15. Few Faults and Great CRM Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather B. | Senior Executive Assistant, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2019

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

I love the Pending and Past Due tasks, the ability to assign queues to others, the workflow automation, and especially the customization. Also, the report assistant and the tags and classifications. Also, the ability to save templates in order to pull different reports.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

It's not 100% intuitive for some users. Some of my co-workers, especially the older ones, have issues using it. However, I can't blame Junxure for the latter. Also, occasionally I've had to contact Junxure when some of the Mass Data Change options weren't working. However, they did connect with me the same day, provide amazing support, and were able to fix the problem after troubleshooting with me.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Definitely participate in any and all training! Junxure is not 100% user intuitive until you've used it and explored for a bit. BUT it is a wonderful CRM system and the workflows are extremely useful... As long as the users know how to use it. :)

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved: An all-use, to-do list for all possible clients. One of the best CRM managers I've seen. Benefits: Having a record of everything done for a client or prospect, a universal service you can access from anywhere with an internet connection, the ability to store documents and other items, and the ability to quickly pull reports.

  ### 16. Good System; If polished could be great

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2018

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

I enjoy that the system really has so many possibilities to customize the experience. Being able to export out content from the system also really helps us with our reporting and for Compliance. We frequently use their Service Monitors to customize the experience for a client and make sure we're reaching out as needed so that they get the best experience from us.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

I dislike the system's inability to sync as seamlessly with our systems as I would like. There is just way too much of a manual process that I don't love to sift through. Additionally, we have a huge issue with the amount of content that's put into the system- we don't need that for everyone! I wish we could customize some of the information so that the clients that don't need a certain category or subsection could be hidden, rather than blank. Also, it's hard to understand when data has been updated in different sections; adding an automatic timestamp would be incredibly helpful in this scenario.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Recommendations would be to know exactly what content you want the system to be streamlined across all your clients; that way you don't arbitrarily fill out content for some and not others. Get a handle and maybe go to their conference to understand how others use it. Consistency is key here!

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We log all of our client contact within the system; we can track when we need to speak to new clients or when it's been a while since we reached out. It helps us track the frequency of our client contacts as well as a central database for our data. Benefits are definitely "nudges" to talking to underserved clients.

  ### 17. New Junxure User

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah F. | Administrative Asst., Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2018

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Having a crm that has all information for each account in one place. Meetings, Phone calls, and other notes. We did not have a crm prior to this, we only used outlook.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

It is difficult to set up a new record and hard to figure out how to update the different sections. There are many places to put information and different places to link information within the record. I am learning but it definitely takes some time. Watching the learning videos is very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Be sure you have the time to learn Junxure and that you have someone onsite who can help others in the office.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Having information including emails and phone call notes available to everyone in the firm.
2. Scheduling followup meetings or phone calls with clients and prospects.
3. Having all workflows electronic and available to everyone in the firm so all employees are following proper procedure.

  ### 18. Junxure Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bennett C. | FSO Advisory Staff, Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2018

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Junxure is able to store data in a very organized fashion, if used correctly and all users are instructed thoroughly on how to organize / categorize items.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

It is not an intuitive software; data is not always available where you would expect it, and users often are not completely on the same page of how to classify everything. I have found it requires a serious training session to truly get everyone up to speed, and the time / effort for training a new user can be taxing.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

I recommend sitting down with all the individuals using Junxure and training everyone the same way, so that all actions in the system are consistent and accurate. This will cut out the iterations of re-organizing the data stored, and will also make use of the system significantly easier in the long run. Overall, it is a good software, just takes a bit to get the hang of it.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Junxure to organize and classify client data based on a number of criteria, so that we could run reports based on the data stored. It was effective in that sense, however it was sometimes difficult to modify existing data or keep everything organized correctly.

  ### 19. Robust, yet practically priced CRM for Financial Planners and RIA Firms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy G. | Manager of Operations, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2017

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

The easy set up of all contacts. I had to import our manager's client & prospect contacts from Outlook to this CRM and after the initial cleanup of the contact fields (as we all know Outlook allows for very sloppy management of contacts), I was able to quickly import them via a simple tool that CRM provides within the application. Additionally, maintenance of these contacts is very simple. I also like the fact that you have a simple document retention system built into the software. It's a rather simple system but usable for small firms. Also, the Actions (reminders) are very easy to use and work with. There are single reminder actions as well as recurring actions and action sequences (each sequence denotes a specific action that needs to be taken before the next step can be performed) available for use.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

The document retention system that is built into the software utilizes Windows Explorer in order to display all documents/files associated to the given contact record. However, there is no "check-in/check-out" process involved, so users inadvertently delete a file, it will no longer appear in the documents list within the application. I guess I wish this system would have some form of controls placed on those documents to prevent user related issues.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Contact me to discuss this application and how you would use it and I can help you to implement it.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a primary contact relationship management software and we utilize it daily. All of our employees rely on it for organization and reminders. As a matter of fact many of our users are expanding their knowledge of Junxure to include the use of recurring actions and action sequences - which has improved their ability to complete ongoing work that could take months to perform (it reminds them of the step they are on and what is needed in order to complete that step).

  ### 20. Gets the job done, but missing some key features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren M. | Digital Media & Marketing Coordinator, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2017

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Junxure makes it easy to work with another individual or a team of people within the office to accomplish the task at hand.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

It's very slow and not as user friendly as it could be. The reports section could use some updates - and after moving from Junxure desktop to Junxure cloud, it appeared that many features seemed to be lost, rather than improved upon.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

It might not accomplish all the things you hope for - but it still gets the job done.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Junxure makes it easier to communicate with coworkers within the office. It's a quick place to leave a note about a phone call or client interaction for all to see.

  ### 21. We use it to manage client accounts and workflow

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cullen J. | Investment Analyst, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2018

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Simplicity and ease of use come to mind

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Sometimes the notifications can be overwhelming

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Use it

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of communication and access to client info

  ### 22. Decent program, good reports and tags

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2017

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

What was good about junxure was the reporting feature and the tags. It was straight forward, not all CRMs use those straight forward tags.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

It was very old fashioned and took a while to open. It wasn't cloud based and the desktop version would take very long to load. It would slow down the computer.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Junxure is or has already converted to the cloud.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Junxure helped organize and track emails, phone numbers, addresses and generic contact information. It was also helpful with tracking opportunities.

  ### 23. Good intentions, bad for record keeping

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kait S. | Product Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2016

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

There are so many pieces you can put in to one task from e-mails to documents to follow up notes. The deliverables section allows you to set rules where you will get automatic reminders. The due dates allow you to keep track of things. The reports are pretty easy to use once you get the hang of them and allow you to easily export data in house.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

There is nothing automatically time stamped. It would be great to have a note section AND a running feed of actions taken that were automatically time stamped. Right now, everything within a task is editable making it hard to track and verify who did what (SalesForce does a great job at this when you chatter to someone or save a change).

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

The software is pretty malleable but if what you are doing is very time sensitive, get used to the CTRL+J function really fast to add your own time stamps.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be difficult to tell who did what and when, Record keeping is a little more confusing/difficult.

  ### 24. Simple.

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2017

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

I love how everyone in the office has access to files since the beginning of the business!

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

It needs to technologically updated. It's a little dated.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the same file at the same time with other colleagues

  ### 25. Clunky, but effective.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2016

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

It creates an easy way to manage workflow within the firm. One thing to keep in mind is that in order for Junxure to be effective as a database, there needs to be a lot of procedures and training. Otherwise, people will easily misuse the software and data clean up is hardly the ideal use of anyone's time. As with any database, the database is only as good as the data within it.

Junxure keeps all of our clients and tasks organized. It is fairly user friendly, although not always the most intuitive. The Junxure support team is often available and good at solving our problems.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Junxure has some small things that are frustrating and unavoidable. For example, you can only have 2 windows open at one time. I think that the software is kind of clunky. In order to access and run different reports, you have to go into sections that are not named very intuitively. Junxure almost has its own set of lingo and you have to REALLY understand it. With this program, it is imperative that you really understand its purpose, how it works, and best practices. Without proper training and procedures, there is no way to get all of the things out of Junxure that you can get to make the product worthwhile.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Receive training, implement best practices and procedures, and do more training. As with any database, the database is only good if the data and it's usage is effective.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to manage actions for our clients very easily. Junxure prevents things from falling through the cracks. For example, for one client we may have 15 different action items or tasks outstanding. Without a software that can manage those actions and track any progress, we would probably be lost. Junxure does a really good job of keeping an accurate record of everything.

Junxure helps us manage work flow and keep everything organized. It also serves as a great communication tool. When a client tells us about something, we can update the action item and FYI everyone in the office who needs to know about it.

  ### 26. Solves all my problems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2016

**What do you like best about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

Ability to customize, the amount of information you can enter, the customer service, training provided all excellent.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorEngine CRM?**

There isn't much I don't like. Anytime I've had an issue Junxure support has solved it for me.

**Recommendations to others considering AdvisorEngine CRM:**

Take advantage of the free training offered by Junxure.

**What problems is AdvisorEngine CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Junxure is more than just a rolodex. It has the ability to keep detailed information about the client. And ways to customize fields to capture additional information that is above and beyond what Junxure recommends.
