"One of the best recruiting tools I've used"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

This is one of the best recruiting tools I've used. It feels like it was designed by someone who actually understands how recruiting work, and what recruiters need. The few pieces of feedback we shared were either already on the roadmap or shipped quickly. Our account manager has been excellent throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

No real dislikes. A few areas for improvement though:

A Chrome extension would be a great addition. When browsing multiple LinkedIn profiles in different tabs, saving them to a project directly from the page would be much faster than going back to the dashboard to find them manually.

I also love that viewed profiles are greyed out, but the greyed ones disappear if any change is made within the same search - which removes the time-saving benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Juicebox’s Stack-Ranking and Sourcing Agents Are Incredibly Accurate"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

Two major features stand out for me. First, it stack-ranks candidates against your criteria with incredible accuracy. Other competitors offer something similar, but Juicebox is easily the best in this area.

Second, their agents. They can source candidates with incredible accuracy, which frees you up to focus on more impactful work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

The only thing they’re missing is the ability to integrate with LinkedIn Recruiter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Juicebox: Fast, accurate sourcing with easy and effective prospect outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

In a market of expensive/low value sourcing + outreach tools, Juicebox stands out:

1. Overall coverage of prospects is high

2. Accuracy in finding prospects who fit the role is above the competition; I can source significantly more candidates per hour w/Juicebox v. the 800# Gorilla in the market

3. Workflow that makes recruiting sense; less wasted time v. the competition from the get-go.

4. AI that helps you see the whole candidate quickly

5. Integrated campaign outreach with insightful stats to assess a campaign's performance.

6. They don't stand on what created; they are making high value improvements to the product regularly through the year. I was most impressed by their new automated agent sourcing feature that they released this Spring, for example - such a big time saver.

7. Overall, I feel like my spend on Juicebox is helping me succeed as opposed to feeling like I'm getting drug over the coals by a hugely profitable company that releases a few "product updates" that are helfpul, but feel light for what the % uptick they charge every year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

Though their product is generally a better value than other sourcing tools, they do have a tendency to price some existing and new features a bit too high. I'm not a fan of the common pricing model in recruiting tech of basing the price off the agency placement fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Candidate Sourcing with Juicebox, Minor Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

I love using Juicebox for recruitment, especially for very niche roles and skill sets. It's a real time saver because it automatically narrows down specific skill sets and certifications for me, pulling from a huge database. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to put in what I'm looking for, and it automatically presets the specific filters I need, like location, years of experience, or industry. The filters are my favorite feature because they allow me to go really niche with my searches effortlessly. I also like the evaluation aspect because it lets me evaluate candidates based on particular criteria. It's so fast and efficient, and the data it provides is probably the best in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I think maybe the learning curve can be difficult for certain people. I have a couple of friends who just started using Juicebox, and the learning curve has been a bit harder for them than usual. I feel it could be improved with more onboarding, guides, FAQs, and maybe more like YouTube videos. Videos explaining how to do certain searches or sourcing for different roles would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Tracks Candidates with Superior Discovery"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

I find Juicebox incredibly useful for discovering, sourcing, and reaching out to candidates. The tool helps me track candidates like an ATS, which is super helpful when working on multiple roles across projects. Juicebox's candidate discovery is excellent, outperforming tools I've tried before, including LinkedIn Recruiter, which never surfaced relevant candidates as accurately as Juicebox does. Additionally, I'm impressed with how natural it feels to write my requirements as specifically as possible. The initial setup of Juicebox was super easy, and the UI makes figuring things out really straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

It would be great if in the shortlist section where I have the candidates listed, I could have a box called remarks where I can quickly add details after having a conversation with them, like their compensation or their communication style. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Candidate Sourcing with Helpful Filters"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

I use Juicebox to source candidates and send outreach, and I find it allows me to find better candidates faster than LinkedIn, which I used before. I like that it has way more filters, allowing me to filter people who've worked at startups at certain career stages or held titles at those startups. This way, I can more accurately reach out to people who might be a match for the jobs I'm recruiting for, and I don’t need multiple tools, just one. Sourcing one person now takes me a quarter of the time it used to, and there's a better likelihood of them getting hired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

Yeah. I used to use a higher tier account at my last company, but now I work at a company that has less resources. And lots of the key features I liked, like importing my LinkedIn connections, for example, or uploading an example profile to Juicebox, are no longer available. So I'm disappointed in that. If I could get access to those two features I mentioned at the basic paid level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional for Finding Niche Talent"
4/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

I find Juicebox incredibly useful for recruiting advisors and medical billers. It's the only platform where I can find people who are otherwise unfindable, especially advisors who have a very obscure LinkedIn presence. I love the ability to search for niche skills and find leads that aren't visible on other platforms. Juicebox allows me to locate individuals with specific skills that are crucial for my hiring needs. The initial setup was very easy, which was really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I find it a little confusing to use. What I need to do is very simple: search for a very specific set of people and use a chatbot feature to easily build campaigns using those leads. I also think allowing me to export my searches would be helpful. While building sequences, it would be great if I could filter and send emails only to people who have verified emails. "Amazing Sequences, Smart Candidate Discovery, and a Modern, Easy-to-Use UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

1) You can truly find candidates that don't appear on Linkedin Recruiter or with X-ray (Boolean Search on Google).

2) Sequences are amazing. I can personalized emails with AI placeholders that truly felt genuine and not AI generated.

3) the analytics dashboard is helpful

4) A lot of integrations with ATS

5) UX/UI are great, modern and easy to use and find everything.

6) The pricing it's reasonable if you use it a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

1) Linkedin Extension doesn't work. They are compliant with LinkedIn TOS, but is very annoying to add candidates from the url (if you're sourcing on linkedin first)

2) Agents are not enough calibrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Fast Searches, and Spot-On AI Summaries at a Competitive Price"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

Juicebox is a very user-friendly platform for people within the talent space. A lot of the same features can be found in LinkedIn; however, there are more on Juicebox, and it is much more competitively priced.

Searches are quick, and the AI summaries are pretty spot on!

Support guides are easy to follow, and there are a number of useful integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

No major issues.

I would like it to be easier to see who I have already reached out to in my shortlist, or just a 'remove who I have contacted already' button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Candidate Outreach with Juicebox"
4/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

I use Juicebox for identifying and messaging candidates for my staffing company, and I like its ease of use. It allows me to automate the outreach of candidates with a messaging drip campaign, which helps us leverage our time efficiently. Switching from LinkedIn Recruiter Lite to Juicebox was beneficial because Juicebox allows me to message more candidates, addressing the limitation we faced with LinkedIn's limited number of monthly messages. The setup was pretty easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I wish I could vary the subject lines for each outreach campaign message, unfortunately when I send a 4 step message campaign, JuiceBox only allows the same subject line in each step Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
