I really like how Juicebox lets me personalize searches. I can specify the years of experience I need, exclude certain companies, regions, or industries. It has been incredibly helpful in finding qualified leads. The feature to send personalized sequences, like a five-step email series, makes the candidates feel valued even if they end up not being interested. I also appreciate the agents in Juicebox that do the heavy lifting by looking for profiles based on the criteria I set and giving me options. This takes away a lot of pressure since I can just confirm if the profiles fit or request another search. Juicebox's ability to create personalized emails ensures candidates feel respected and recognized, even if they decline the offer. Sometimes, when I complete tasks like LinkedIn connections, I accidentally mark them as completed instead of opening the profile. It gets frustrating because I can't track which task I mistakenly marked as done. It would be super helpful if there was a window showing the tasks I marked as completed so I could double-check and move on. Also, I'd love to see Juicebox send emails with PBS, meaning the system would draft a suggested reply when a candidate responds to my email. Plus, it would be amazing if it could automatically upload PDFs like company brochures or job descriptions without me having to do it manually. I'd just review and send. - They are constantly updating features & shipping, we've only had the product for 6-7 months & I can't count how many updates they've done in this time!

- UI UX is very easy to use & understand, and there are some deeper features for super users too which I really appreciate

- Integrates with our ATS, email inbox & linkedin very well.

- the tool's performance is fantastic, it finds great profiles based on your search criteria & many levers & tools you can use to really hone in on the exact profile you need.

- AI NLP Search & email features are great, helps you find & reach the top talent

- Pricing & ROI is a big plus, they are IMHO better than their peers, & at a fraction of the cost.

- Haven't needed much from support so far, but they are pro-active with providing details on new features & releases, & have a good knowledge base available online so you can answer most questions on your own, our partner Gianna has been great, creating a slack channel with our team for quick questions, etc - they were also great in our kick off stages, integrating the tool with our ATS & helping us get set up! I like Juicebox's functionality and its ease of use, especially the embedded AI features that automatically create email sequences and rank candidates from most qualified to least qualified. It saves me time by letting me pull emails into Juicebox automatically and quickly initiate campaigns. My favorite feature has to be the ability to find highly specified candidates through filters, allowing me to search based on top-tier universities or companies easily. The automation of these searches, which used to be manual, speeds up my work significantly. I also find the integration with tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn very beneficial, as it enhances my ability to communicate with candidates efficiently. I've noticed that Juicebox doesn't pull up all of the candidates. Juicebox doesn't have as many candidates as LinkedIn, which always provides more of the candidates I'm looking for. That's one area where Juicebox doesn't work as well for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Juicebox for finding potential candidates and I think the filtering system is pretty good. It has more filtering options than Recruiter, which I find cool, and it allows me to upload resumes and add more precise information, which is amazing. I appreciate being able to put all the profiles from my projects into Juicebox, and it helps me be more accurate in evaluating candidates. A colleague mentioned it works well too. The initial setup was pretty easy, despite a bit of waiting it got sorted out quickly. When using Juicebox, I found that its ability to upload profiles was a bit limiting. It only allowed one or two profiles at a time, which was less efficient than I expected. What do I like best? That’s a difficult question to answer, given how exceptional PeopleGPT is. I’ll share my top five.

First, it’s the ease of use. I firmly believe that the level of intent you put into designing the user interface shows you’ve actually used your product as a customer. You’ve addressed the pain points that would otherwise be inherently present.

Second, we haven’t integrated it yet, so I can’t comment on the integration aspects. That said, I can’t wait to integrate it with Lever.

Third, the results populate quickly, and page loading is very fast as well, especially when using the widgets. I would.

Fourth the price is unbelievably inexpensive for what it does. We made offers to candidates sourced within the first week of sourcing on the platform.

Fifth, the tool works incredible will. Not only the Sourcing, and Analytics, but also the Sequencing AI, the inbox placement. The AI used to match job description to talent, and for finding similar talent is incredible.

Fifth and a half, the onboarding team and support team is beyond helpful. They don't make silly suggestions, they focus on the questions at hand, and provide relevant information and stay on topic. The best team, with the best tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Search filters not available on LinkedIn Recruiter like company funding stage and investors and candidate average tenure. Frequent product updates that reflect they listen to user feedback and solve daily recruiting challenges.

Not all profiles on LinkedIn are available and sometimes information is outdated. Before reaching out to prospects I always verify their LinkedIn profile matches what Juicebox displays. I really appreciate the "Agents" feature in Juicebox, as it significantly reduces my manual sourcing time and delivers 25 high-quality profiles daily. The ability to utilize NLP to specify what I'm looking for is incredibly powerful. I also find the intake call tool fantastic, as it allows for live market mapping and can automatically set up an agent tailored to the hiring manager's feedback. Candidate profiles pull together signals from GitHub, LinkedIn, patents, and personal sites, which provides an immediate, multi-dimensional view of an engineer’s real output. The contact details, including verified personal emails and phone numbers, have had a refreshingly high deliverability rate in my experience, especially compared with legacy databases.
