Initial implementation was done independent of Jovaco and was not done well. Jovaco did a fantastic job of coming in assessing the situation, assisted with what I would call a near re-implementation.and within reasonable cost and timeline got us up and running.
What do you like best?
Customer service and quick response to support needs. Respond with a sense of urgency. Most of the time it is a same day or even same hour response. Willingness to transfer knowledge.
What do you dislike?
We integrate with Dynamics GP and it is very difficult to trace transactions from subledger to General ledger. There is a lack of connection to transaction in Jovaco tables as they flow to Dynamics GP tables. Comparing Revenue from Jovaco to Revenue that hits the GL is a daunting task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the beginning with custom work there was a lack of version control. This has greatly improved.
