Our experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating. The customer service is extremely poor, and the support team is completely unqualified. Despite claiming to be experts in Microsoft support, they clearly lack the necessary knowledge and experience.
When it comes to sales, they are more than willing to assist you — friendly, fast, and eager to close the deal. But the moment you run into real issues, their attitude completely changes. Support becomes unresponsive, unwilling to help, and in many cases just disappears.
Even our account manager had to fight his own internal support team just to try and get basic things done. That says enough.
I would never recommend anyone to partner with Pax8. They are disorganized, incompetent, and only focused on selling — not on supporting their partners afterwards. Avoid them at all costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
