**What do you like best about JookSMS?**

Affordable and simple to send out pre-scheduled messages to my group

**What do you dislike about JookSMS?**

There was no mobile app connection to allow me to get notifications about replies to the messages I sent out. I had to log onto my account from my computer to monitor and respond to replies.

**Recommendations to others considering JookSMS:**

It's a reasonable option if you need an affordable texting service, but if you want to monitor and respond to replies in real-time, you'd be better choosing a service that has a mobile app connection.

**What problems is JookSMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to send mass text reminders to my group with updates about meetings and registrations. Sending texts is a more reliable way to get information to my group than emails.

Love the ease of the user interface and how user friendly the platform is. 

**What do you dislike about JookSMS?**

Price. It is not bad. Could be a little bit less expensive. 

**What problems is JookSMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching out to our listeners and running contests via text message. This allows us more participation and allows us to reach people that may not be listening at the time.
