**What do you like best about Jobtrain?**

The customer support team have been incredible in helping us getting some huge updates over the line in such a short period of time. Especially Oli, he has been quick to respond, keeping us updated all the way through, being quick at picking up issues and just overall being amazing. 

Also a second shout out to Megan who also is super quick to update and respond and getting my queries solved in speedy time.

**What do you dislike about Jobtrain?**

From my experience i can honestly say i haven't come across a single thing i don't like.

**What problems is Jobtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They've helped getting some huge updates implemented into the ATS for us which will make everyone's job easier and helped us maintain establishment control.

**What do you like best about Jobtrain?**

Possibility of filtering job statuses
Color coding
Straightforward and easy to use
Calendar feature

**What do you dislike about Jobtrain?**

When you click it does not open in a new window so it's hard when doing interviews
In the new version there's too much clicking to get to the actual point
It's too slow at times and takes a while to load
Modern design does not equal improved UX

**What problems is Jobtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding candidates and logging their info
Benefits: receiving all applications in one place
