**What do you like best about Jobsity?**

What I like best about Jobsity is that the company helps you through the entire hiring process and handles all the legal aspects of hiring someone from Latin America. Jobsity is a nearshore company that delivers on its promises.
I also liked that they were super responsive and have great support for any questions or requests you may have.

**What do you dislike about Jobsity?**

I was happy with all the features Jobsity offered.

**What problems is Jobsity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Jobsity solved was the need for remote staffing at my company. It benefited us by making the hiring process easier, since they take care of everything, and we gained access to Latin American talent.
