**What do you like best about JobMojito?**

As an agency focused on upskilling job seekers and facilitating their placement, BGS Career Ventures (Alberta, Canada) was searching for cutting-edge tools to enhance candidate readiness. JobMojito’s real-time AI avatar interviews have transformed our coaching process. Candidates practice interviews with a responsive AI avatar, gaining natural, conversational experience using their own voice.
The analytics and post-interview scoring give our coaches detailed insights, enabling us to provide targeted feedback that genuinely accelerates improvement. The ability to match interview responses directly against job requirements is a game-changer.
The JobMojito team has been responsive to our implementation questions, and their platform is intuitive for both our coaches and job seekers. We are seeing a marked improvement in candidate confidence and placement success rates since adopting JobMojito.

What makes Job Mojito stand out is the level of insight it provides post-interview. Talents can see their transcript, receive instant feedback, and explore their sentiment and speech cadence, making it a useful self-awareness and development tool. They also have the option to retake activities to build confidence over time.

I don't find any downsides with JobMojito

**What problems is JobMojito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Day One, we believe in helping people show what they can do, not just what’s on their CV.  Job Mojito’s advanced AI avatar interviews help us bring that to life through engaging activities that feel like real conversations. Our onboarding activity, 'Getting to Know You on Day One', is a great example — a warm, conversational activity that helps talents showcase who they are beyond a CV. The AI avatar listens actively and adapts to their answers, helping them open up about their strengths, interests, and values. In our role-based activities — from Security Analyst to Data Analyst — the avatar adapts to different skills and scenarios, giving talents a realistic glimpse into the job while providing us with deeper insights into their practical thinking and approach. **What do you like best about JobMojito?**

Working with this tech partner was an absolute win! I manage projects at a software development agency, and we used their technology for a recent job. Everything went smoothly, and their support was top-notch. The CEO was amazing—always there when we needed help, super friendly, and genuinely cared about our success. I’d 100% work with them again and suggest you do the same if you get the chance!
