  ### 1. Solid platform for remote jobs - just needs an app

**What do you like best about Jobicy?**

I like how clean and simple website is it is not full of ads or spam like some other job sites. The AI tools are actually helpful -- I used the resume analyzer and mock interview, and it gave me solid feedback. Also love that the jobs are real remote ones not fake hybrid stuff pretending to be remote

**What do you dislike about Jobicy?**

Biggest issue for me is there is no iOS app yet. I usually check jobs on my phone during commute or breaks and it’s just less smooth in mobile browser. I hope they release an app soon, would make things much easier. While the mobile version is sufficient

**What problems is Jobicy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

makes it way easier to find actual remote jobs without wasting time on listings that say "remote" but turn out to be office-based or fake hybrid stuff. That is been a huge problemm for me on other job sites,also the AI tools save me a lot of time - instead of guessing what to fix in my resume or how to prep for interviews

**What do you like best about Jobicy?**

As a recruiter specializing in remote placements, Jobicy has become a go-to resource. What I appreciate most is its dedicated focus on remote opportunities. This means the candidate pool is generally self-selected and genuinely interested in remote work,which saves a significant amount of time in the initial screening process. The interface is clean and user friendly making it easy to post jobs and browse potential candidates. Ihave also found that the quality of job seekers specifically looking for remote roles tends to be high, with many possessing the self-discipline and communication skills necessary to thrive in a remote environment.. The platform's clear categorization and filtering options for different remote job types (eg tech, marketing, support..etc) are also very helpful in narrowing down the search

**What do you dislike about Jobicy?**

I 've noticed that some candidate profiles could be more detailed-encouraging or incentivizing more comprehensive profile completion would be beneficial

**What problems is Jobicy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Directly solves the challenge of sifting through general job boards to find candidates genuinely committed to remote work. Its dedicated remote only focus ensures a higher concentration of relevant applicants  significantly streamlining my sourcing process
