**What do you like best about JobCast?**

It's a time saving for recruitment process and a easy way to post a job according to company requirements .

**What do you dislike about JobCast?**

It takes little time and little less accuracy.

Simplying the recruitment process and get the results.

**What do you like best about JobCast?**

Easy interface to use. Haven't experienced a glitch yet.

**What do you dislike about JobCast?**

I do not like the monthly fees. There should be a free platform with limited benefits.

**What problems is JobCast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to recruit a team at a reasonable cost, despite not enjoying payment because we are not hiring every month to keep membership.

**What do you like best about JobCast?**

It is definitely user-friendly, it is very easy to navigate and covers the basics of the requirements for a company, allows for easy navigation to site for showing the available job postings. 

**What do you dislike about JobCast?**

cons include having a very simple user interface with a need for more functionalities, did not meet the full requirement of our company, it is not a very public software and should have a better advertisment so that the software can be used by others resulting in more data and better growth for the software. 

**What problems is JobCast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiting potential applicants and simplifying the application process.
