What stands out most is their strategic approach. Before making recommendations, they invested significant time understanding our business, customers, market, and the challenges healthcare organisations face. Their advice was thoughtful, practical, and always focused on commercial outcomes rather than simply producing marketing assets.

The team is collaborative, challenges assumptions constructively, and brings a strong understanding of how buyers evaluate solutions in complex B2B environments.

**What do you dislike about JMarketing?**

During our engagement, JMarketing experienced several personnel changes, which impacted project continuity and contributed to some delays in the original schedule. While the team worked professionally to manage the transitions and maintain progress, the changes did create additional coordination efforts and affected timelines.

**What problems is JMarketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a SaaS platform introducing new body composition tracking technology to gyms, personal trainers and health providers. As a new technology, buy-in and trust were major barriers.

Despite strong interest at exhibitions, we struggled to convert pilots. The product was difficult to explain and prospects weren’t fully confident embedding it into their systems.
