# Is Cognizant worth it for DBAs based on user reviews?

For DBA teams, I’d look closely at the operating model behind the engagement. Deep Oracle expertise matters, but so does having engineers who understand the database environment well enough to respond without repeatedly rebuilding context. With Cognizant, I’d be curious whether teams typically get a consistent group of database specialists assigned over the long term.
