I like Jitterbit because it makes it easier for our team to build integrations without extensive coding. With the help of the Jitterbit platform, we can convert an XML file to a CSS file using the Digital Ocean third-party platform. We also integrate with the Salesforce system; with Jitterbit, we can manage bulk case creation on the Salesforce side. We receive support from the Jitterbit team whenever we face challenges.
