"Flexible Integration Platform That Speeds Up Development"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

What I like best about Jitterbit is how quickly I can build integrations between different systems. Its visual design tools make it straightforward to configure workflows, map data, and work with APIs, while still giving me the flexibility to add custom logic when needed. I can connect a range of business applications and manage integrations from one platform.

I find the integrations run efficiently, and the Admin Console makes it easy to schedule them, run them on demand, and monitor executions. Project variables are useful for handling customer-specific needs in production. In Cloud Studio, the Ask AI chatbot and documentation help me find the right component or approach quickly, which speeds up development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

One area that could be improved is troubleshooting integrations that use the cloud connector. In these cases, access to agent logs can be limited, which can sometimes make it harder to pinpoint the cause of a failed run. Having more detailed log access would make investigation and support much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Capable, Reliable Integration Platform That Streamlines Data Flows"
5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit is a capable, reliable integration platform that helps streamline data flows and business processes. Although there are a few areas that could be improved—especially usability and the availability of support resources—our overall experience with it has been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

There are opportunities to improve the user experience, particularly around documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools. Some processes can feel less intuitive than expected, requiring additional time to diagnose issues or configure more complex integrations. Enhancements in these areas would make the platform even more effective and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Data Sync with Room for Speed Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

I find Jitterbit to be easy, flexible, and reliable. Setting it up was pretty much plug and play, which made starting off smooth. The Salesforce connector is especially appreciated because it just works, making connecting a breeze compared to other methods. Jitterbit simplifies syncing data between SQL Database of Sage Accpac and Salesforce, saving me the hassle of dealing with complicated processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

I'm experiencing some speed issues with Jitterbit. When I sync data, it takes around 10 minutes, while other software can handle it in just 2 minutes. I'm not sure why Jitterbit takes longer, but it feels like a workhorse that keeps going steadily, even if it's not the fastest. Also, the pricing feels pretty high, which could be a concern for some users, depending on the needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Mapper That Simplifies XML/JSON Transformations"
5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Drag-and-Drop Data Transformation: The intuitive visual mapper simplifies complex XML/JSON transformations, noticeably cutting down development overhead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Error Message Clarity: Debugging failed operational runs can be time-consuming when error logs provide high-level status codes rather than explicit line-level failures Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Nvisions Inventory Sync That Keeps Stock Levels Accurate Online"
4/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The most helpful feature for us is syncing our Nvisions order and inventory system with our website. I also rely on that sync to quickly see which products are running low or are out of stock. We mainly use it so customers can see how many of a particular product are available, or whether they’ll need to place a backorder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

I find the user interface very difficult to navigate. I often wish there were a tutorial or instruction manual to help me learn how to generate the reports I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jitterbit: Reliably Connecting Our AS/400 ERP to Modern Cloud Applications"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The biggest value Jitterbit provides is its ability to bridge the gap between our legacy IBM i (AS/400) ERP and modern cloud applications. Our ERP is over 20 years old, and replacing it is not currently an option, so having a reliable integration platform is essential.

We use Jitterbit every day to exchange data between our AS/400 ERP, Salesforce, and other business applications. Without it, many of these processes would require custom development or manual file transfers. Instead, data flows automatically and reliably, saving our team a significant amount of time and reducing errors.

Another feature I appreciate is the flexibility of the platform. It supports different integration methods, making it easy to work with databases, APIs, and flat files within the same solution. This has allowed us to modernize our IT landscape while keeping our existing ERP, extending its value without disrupting the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit has worked very well for our integration needs, especially when connecting our legacy IBM i (AS/400) ERP with modern cloud platforms. If I had to suggest improvements, I would focus on the user experience and modernization of the development tools.

The Studio client is powerful, but it feels dated compared to newer integration platforms. A more modern, web-based interface with improved debugging, version control, and collaboration features would make development easier, especially for new users.

I would also like to see more AI-assisted capabilities, such as automatically mapping fields, generating transformation logic, or helping troubleshoot integration errors. These features could significantly reduce development time and simplify maintenance.

Overall, the platform is reliable and delivers a strong return on investment by allowing us to extend the life of our legacy ERP while integrating it with modern applications. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Salesforce Integration and Workflow Automation with Jitterbit"
5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

I like Jitterbit for its seamless integration with Salesforce, easy-to-use interface, and reliable automation capabilities. It helps simplify data synchronization, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency, reducing manual effort and saving time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Sometimes troubleshooting integration errors can be challenging, and error messages could be more detailed. Improving documentation and simplifying debugging would make the platform even more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Low-Code Integration Design Backed by Great Documentation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Ease of use and deployment. Integrations are easy to design and very low code is required. We don't need programmers to design integrations. Jitterbit University and all the documentation available make it easy to start with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Some connectors, like Salesforce and GraphQL, lack flexibility. When that happens, we have to fall back to lower-level connectors to get the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ship Station–QuickBooks Integration That Saves Time and Cuts Costs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The integration from Ship Station to QuickBooks works very well and saves us a lot of time. Compared to other options on the market it is much better and lower cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

The portal we log into is not user friendly, Jitterbit should put more effort into making an easier to navigate portal which is more intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scalable Workflow Automation and Integration Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The flexibility and speed it gives us to build and automate complex payment and operational workflows without needing massive development overhead.

The platform has allowed us to rapidly develop internal applications, integrations, and process automation that support high-volume payment operations while still maintaining the ability to adapt quickly as customer and partner requirements evolve.

We also value the balance between low-code development and the ability to extend functionality when needed. That combination has helped us accelerate delivery timelines while still supporting more advanced business logic and integrations.

Another major strength has been the responsiveness of the Jitterbit ecosystem, including both the platform capabilities and the support/resources available through implementation partners. Overall, it has provided us with a scalable foundation for operational efficiency, workflow management, and integration across multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Like any powerful platform, Jitterbit has a learning curve, especially when building more advanced workflows or managing complex integrations at scale. Some areas of the UI and administrative experience could be more modernized and streamlined, particularly when troubleshooting or managing large numbers of processes and environments.

We have also found that certain advanced use cases still require deeper technical knowledge than a pure “low-code” expectation might suggest. However, that is somewhat expected given the complexity of the types of workflows and integrations we support in the payments space.

That said, the platform’s flexibility and ability to adapt to complex business requirements have far outweighed those challenges for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
